What a bunch of stupid clueless people!! They always mess up a simple order. Want a refund. The idiots hand you $7 less than what you paid. They look like they smell. Dead of cigarettes & dope. Just aweful! They yell at customers cause they don’t know how to properly communicate. I’m shamed of this place. The mangers there stare at you like your the idiot when they’re the wrong. DISGUSTING! Let’s see what the district attorney has to say about this place.

By far the worst service, rude and ignorant employees, wrong food and coffee! And no receipt given to address the issue. No one takes the time to check their computer or train the employees. The customer is always right and the least they can do is to listen to their customers feedback and realize the complaints are all the same, so it’s their stuff that needs to be retrained or replaced!!! I will never go back, even though it’s the closest one to me.

I drink my coffee black . I have purchased around ten coffees there and it’s taste horrible. I wished the 7 -11 next store sold coffee it’s 100% better .

This older woman, blonde hair, crabby, makes food names Mia is such a nuisance. Beyond rude!!!!!!!! She probably spit in my food i wouldn't be surprised will NOT be returning to this location!

I hadn't been in this Dunkin for quite some time mainly because the staff were rude, and the service was sub-par at best. I gave it another chance, and popped in on Monday. 5/24/2023 The place had a complete makeover. The store itself, and there was a whole new staff!!! They were super friendly, and they paid attention to detail. It was the best experience I have had at a Dunkin Donuts in quite some time. Job well done team!!! I would highly recommend this Dunkin to everybody!!!

Their getting worse and worse they run out of supplies all the time. Shove 7 donuts in a bag and mixing donuts with nuts on others that don’t. They make your coffee wrong or burnt 7/10 times. Some times only drive through is open. It’s a mess over there.

It closes down the lobby because there's not enough people working. I ordered a head on the Dunkin app and I had to drive on the drive up with 15 other cars in line. Just to get my food. The lady was arguing with me that I should have waited in the drive up line but I couldn't because I was late for work I will never. Ever go to this one again

Encountered the rudest staff member at a Dunkins I’ve ever seen. Messed up my order then laughed at me. Message sent to corporate. One or two really nice people that work there, but the rest don’t understand costumer service or human decency. This was the last straw after multiple issues with wrong orders or attitude from employees.My whole family would go here daily. Now going to drive past it and find another location.
