This Kung Fu Tea is conveniently located near a lot of schools, which means the workers are usually students, and the ambiance is lively with students. I have been here multiple times, and the quality is usually consistent. Never had any issues with service. I always order the Kung Fu milk tea with boba. I like Kung Fu Tea’s boba the most, as it is usually sweet, and it tastes the best freshly made and warm.
Stopped by the other day for a quick drink. The passion fruit green tea was perfect. Definitely a nice refresher to say the least. Fast and efficient service as well. The staff is nice and friendly as well

Was pretty good. Got that mighty fine student discount so we were eating’ (drinking). I had one big capital P problem though, and that was the dubious Pikmin tea.
