It is takeout only. Last if the few true pizza restaurants that use fresh dough. I hate ordering a pizza and they have a frozen pizza out and put it in an oven.I want the real thing, and that is what Bruno does. Tons of whatever you order on it. The meat is quality, so you don't have a plate of liquid fat left.No individual slices, and the personal feeds two average people.

Today my household placed an order with Bruno's in Agawam for the 1st time. As we are fairly new to Agawam. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, Buffalo boneless wings and a large steak n Cheese. I am a Jersey girl, so I requested for my American cheese to be cooked in with the meat on the grill. The individual didn't catch his name "sure I can do that for you ." Let me tell how pleased I was with the whole experience. They arrived exactly on the mentioned time of arrival. The thought that went into making my grinder with extra love and attention spoke volume to me. The service was excellent plus, food delicious, customer service A+++. Thank You ?Emi

One of my favorite pizza places growing up. Convenient, clean. Cut their pizza in a weird way, though. They cut in a cross hatch instead of half, then half again. Always got gypped on crust!! Happy to see they are still around.

Thought I would try a new pizza place. It's hard to find really good pizza in western mass/ northern CT. Tried Bruno's in Agawam which I thought was decent when I tried it 20 years ago. Ordered a large with two items. It was difficult finding prices online, but I figured, how much could a large 2 item pizza cost. Shocked when I picked it up and it was $31. The highest price I saw online for Bruno's was 3 items for $24. I think restaurants should be required to post current prices online or be required to honor the prices posted. Posting low prices is a very deceptive practice. Quality was average, thought the cheese tasted funny. I guess I'll stick with Roma's in Southwick for now. I can get a party sized combo with many items for almost the same price, and it's delicious there.

I specifically asked if they could shave my ham and they said let me ask and came back and said yes but the ham was cut so thick now I wasted my money on something I won't eat and Nobody is answering the phone!!!! Never again will I order from them

My family and I have been living in the Feeding Hills area for over 13 years now. We had given Brunos a try maybe 10 years ago and had actually brought the food back for a full refund at that time. So, fast forward to today and our usual go to restraunt, Tolli's ,was closed today. We decided after asking for other recommendations on Facebook, to give Bruno's another try. We ordered our pizza and grinder and gave our address. We live 1.2 miles away from this restraunt just off of North St. We were told that our food would be here within 45 minutes. So, after 35 minutes pass, the restraunt calls us back to ask if we said Liberty Ave? We gave the address of Liberty Street in Feeding Hills. Another 28 minutes pass after getting off the phone when the driver pulls into our driveway, so this is over an hour for delivery. We pay the driver for the food and go into the house and prepare to eat. The pizza was room temperature and not the slightest bit hot and the grinder was not toasted or warm at all either. So, we preheated the oven and reheated both the pizza and the grinder. Although the pizza did have some taste to it, the grinder was barely edible. I did call the restaurant to let them know of the situation and they stated that our order was on the way to be delivered and had not even realized we had the order over 20 minutes ago. In short, I think we will stick with the other pizza places around agawam, Feeding hills area and pass on Brunos..
