I'm a take-out person. My food was ready in the time I was told and the burger I ordered was made the way I wanted. My question is, is it customary for the person who takes my money to ask if I want my change back? I'm a new customer and wonder if this is your normal?

Met a buddy here last night for a couple beers and dinner and I have to say the food was amazing! Our server was very attentive and the pricing was very fair. We will definitely be back here. It is worth the drive!

We use to love this place. We haven't been in 3 years, because of bad food experience. We thought maybe covid issues. We went back tonight. The food was just as bad. The service was great but we won't be back because of the food

Food is very good and reasonably priced. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Our server was “CC” and she was excellent! Murphy’s is fortunate to have her on staff. I can’t recall having service this good anywhere else including “high end” restaurants.

The food is not your standard pub fair. The cocktail was perfect. Waitress was attendant to my needs. The thing that was most pleased about was flavor and presentation of the food. It was like an upscale restaurant. I just had a corned beef sandwich, fries and chili. Oh, yes, and anapple tart with ice cream and caramel drizzle. It was a very pleasant surprise! Thank you Murphy staff! You done good!

We celebrated our daughter’s last day of cancer treatment today. The waitstaff were extremely accommodating and attentive. The food was delicious and we were served ample portions. Our server left a beautiful little note congratulating our daughter on kicking cancer. What a wonderful place to go!Kid-friendliness: Very understanding and accommodating of my grandchildren.

We requested separate checks but were initially given one for the whole table. We asked to split it, and when the waitress returned, one person paid their bill while two of us noticed mistakes and asked for corrections.The waitress then claimed we owed for an extra beer we hadn't ordered. We politely explained the situation and even suggested checking security cameras.However, another staff member became confrontational, accusing us of being drunk and crazy.The initial waitress only said: "I won't argue about this" and never tried to find a reasonable solution.We've already lodged a complaint with Agawam Town Hall.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; they were disrespectful and rude..
