Such a nice restaurant. Friendly service. Varied menu. All very good. A real nice family atmosphere. I especially like the gyros. And I have order pizza to pick up...also fantastic! The Parthenon was one of my regular take out places during the more difficult times of the pandemic.

To be clear their food is very good, but their service is often lacking. We have dined in as sit-down customers many times and while I can understand that when busy things take a while, but there have been too many times when the place was almost empty and it took way to long (over an hour) for the food to show up at the table after it was ordered. We are not talking French cuisine here, rather a couple of sandwiches and and fries. The other recent bad experience we has was last night when we called in an order at 2pm in the afternoon to be ready to pick up for 6pm. Nothing was said on the phone about this being an issue, but when I arrived at 6pm to pick up my order it turns out they had not even started to cook it. They claimed some thing about time frames/windows that sounded like a poor excuse and I then sat while they prepared my order and watched at least a half dozen other people walk in and get their take out orders promptly upon their arrival. Should I have called at 10am for a 6pm pickup? No real apology or reason was offered for this gaffe in service. We may go back or maybe we will not.

Wished they delivered! I tried the pizza again and it was excellent, not all dough. My brother used to be a cook there for years part time. When he cooked the food it was excellent, and would inform me what Not to get. I'll have to go in to check the dinners , since it's a different owner. Hope to be there this week!

What a wonderful experience! The servers were charming and the food was delicious! We had the Fettuccine Alfredo and the Chicken Cacciatore. I opted for mashed potatoes over pasta with the chicken it was perfect. The entrees came with a fresh crisp salad and some warm yeasty rolls. The portions were gigantic and we enjoyed them the next day as well. It was a relaxing enjoyable place to be on a cold February afternoon. Thank you for your hospitality!

This restaurant is AMAZING!!!! I have not had one thing from here that wasn’t delicious and filling. I never can finish my food there is always plenty to share. The absolutely BEST chicken tenders I have ever had!!!! You really need to check this place out it’s a gem! Support local!

Horrible service. I had to keep asking for my waitress for water refills or more napkins ect. I ordered whole belly clams and they were soo gross. By far the worst ones I’ve had. They didn’t taste like clam and it was all breading. Definitely frozen. I figured maybe it would be better drenched in tartar sauce but this place must make their own and i personally wasn’t a fan. Nor did they have little packets. The pizza is frozen as well. Also made me uncomfortable how the servers as well as the cook were walking around without masks or with them below their nose. The man in the back who was cooking even came to mingle with a customer seated at the table next to me without a mask on. I have to say I am surprised because I have had the clams before and they were great. But it’s not the same now.
We we're looking for a new place to try. So for the first time we came here ,and were not disappointed. Our server Nicole was very helpful to guide us through the menu and the wine selection.. The food was great and generous portions. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.
