Perfect place for a kid’s party! We held two birthday parties there today, back to back. The kids all entertained themselves easily with all of the video games and making their own sundaes. Everyone had a great time and the ice cream was great! Amazing service, the staff is so nice to work with.

We had my son's 8 year old birthday party at Scoops today. Service was incredible, with really quick responses to my questions leading up to the party, even when the emails were sent at odd times of day. The service was great the whole time, from setup to clean up - very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. All of our guests complimented us on having the party there since the 14 kids (plus my 2 boys) were having such a great time. All of the kids had fun ordering at the icecream window and playing video games (including one from when we were kids). The icecream and toppings were delicious too! The party was easy, low stress, and like having an at home relaxed birthday party without the hassle of being at home. Highly recommend and will keep in mind for my son's birthday next year!

This place is decorated so cute and the ice cream is always good. The people here are some of the nicest around. Had a birthday party for my son here and it was just all around great. The service, the space, and the ice cream were all on point. There were multiple videogame stations, chalkboards, and a coloring station for the kids (and adults) to stay busy. It was priced fairly and went smoothly. First time here today and I was brought back to my childhood I got a large oreo Sunday and it was so good fudge and oreos throughout the whole thing in layers not only that but they have a sitting area that has a Nintendo with super Mario Brothers and duck hunt and a super Nintendo also with Mario a nice coloring area for the younger ones and a couple arcade games the music they had playing was good and not to loud I will be a returning customer this summer must try this place out warning though your kids aren't going to want to leave also I wanted to keep playing the super Nintendo so good for kids at heart to

If you are a child of the 80's and 90's, this place is pure nostalgia mixed with great ice cream and treats. An ice cream parlor with old time video games? Umm yeah definitely. It's a great place to escape and be a kid again.

I grew up in Agawam and moved away several years ago. I always stop by when I'm in town, and I was unaware ownership had changed hands. The new owners were so extremely welcoming and kind, and they were able to read the kind of people we were and make us comfortable and laugh! The whole family was helping close up and I'm glad I stopped by before heading out again. Will for sure stop again the next time I'm home!
