Also I have tried two more Fried Tofu dishes General Gao's Tofu Home Style Tofu I was dissatisfied with General Gao's Tofu It was very unsuccessful dish period. But Home Style Tofu was excellent, much spicier than Braised Tofu w. Scallion & Veggie, which I prefer but who knows maybe with different chef. So I will come back these two again for V13. Braised Tofu w. Scallion & Veggie V14. Home Style Tofu along with my favorite R7. Yang Chow Fried Rice
I was craving some Asian cuisine for New Year's Eve and this business delivered. I was more than elated with my food and the entire process to order online went smoothly as their card machine was down. The gentleman at the host stand was amazing, as he aided me with some of my choices and was super kind enough to even show me examples of something that I had a quick question about. Food is pretty consistent here. We always get the pork soup dumplings and it's very juicy inside. The filet fish soup with sour cabbage (has vermicelli noodles underneath) is very light and perfect for a cold night. The pork belly was very tender and flavorful.
