ordered my food before 10 pm and they said 15 min. showed up around 10:20 and waited for over half an hour….was pretty sure i saw them put my pizza in at 10:40 but hoped it couldn’t be true. i finally got my food at 10:45 and it was not as i ordered, and when i asked for them to make it right they couldn’t. outrageous and would never waste my time or money here again

I would not take a risk with this pizza place if I were you. My experience was terrible. I requested a well done pizza, but it was the complete opposite. The dough was still raw, and the crust was soaked and gushy. There were huge slices of tomato on top which made the crust more wet. When I picked up a slice, everything would just fall apart. We got another pizza delivered, but it was still gross. So unappetizing. I've received much better pizzas at dominoes.

Used to order here weekly for football and UFC. One time, they completely dropped the ball. (It happens) The GM reached out a few days later, offered a refund and replacement of order. Refund never came, re order never came. I emailed and called a few times. Trust was definitely lost as a local. Other options out there I guess. Lost a loyal customer over a couple bucks.

I've ordered from Rock city several times and never had an issue with the food until TODAY!!!!!!!! I was not informed the wait for my food to be delivered was going to be over an hour, when I called back and asked when my food would arrive because it was over an hour I was told there was a large pizza order and only one delivery driver. I received my food stone cold and sub was as soggy as wet socks. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and get refund and was told the manager hadn't been in since the store opened and was unsure when they would be back, I left my contact number and demanded a phone call back and refund. Never have I had an issue until now and I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM ROCK CITY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This tastes like an Asian dish, straight soy sauce and lacking the sweetness of teriyaki. When there j asked if it was a Teriyaki dish, the cashier said no however the taste says it all. The oxtail is also extremely over cooked and appeared shredded and soft. Amount of oxtail is smaller than what is advertised.
