This location as of January 2024 is Horrendously understaffed. Wait time is forever. This place has some serious management issues, you can tell the employees are trying their best but it seems like they are way over stressed by the ratio of customer orders to employees leading to mistakes in orders all the time… while you are placing your order in the drive through they are taking the order of somebody else in the store thanks to their earpiece all while they are checking out a mobile order that somebody placed while they are preparing the coffee for the person before you. want your coffee made a certain way? bagel cooked a certain way? Ingredients added or removed? Too bad! they’re taking so many orders at once that they are gonna make it however they feel like making it. Go to another dunkin this one should be a last resort if you want something very simple and dont mind waiting

Nice employees, terrible management. After screwing up our door dash order twice in a row, I go in and talk to an assistant manager, big guy with beard, who rather than apologize gives me a bunch of excuses, then gets riled up, gives me attitude, threatens to give me a no trespassing order. Sure, why would I want to come here and deal with this anyway? All I wanted was an apology and a couple missing donuts. Atrocious, aggressive and confrontational customer service. Never going there again, they screw things up and if you point it out they attack you. Who needs that? I just wanted a couple donuts. Then he gave me the smallest apple fritter known to man

Female cashier in the am likes to stare at me like she's infatuated creepy way on university drive in amherst. Last three times I've been there and Everytime she works I catch her staring at me like twice for three seconds each. Like she has nothing better to do than stare at me while she's working. Mind you I already paid for my stuff no problems. Then when it's slow for a few min that's when she stares at me pretty hardcore. Lady there's always something for you to do!! Manager needs to chat with her about not giving a costumer the creeps or anyone else she's done that to. Also for reference she's a bigger lady brown hair with glasses.

i was not prepared but the barista was friendly patient and understanding, I ask for large coffee and the barista asked me if wanted hot or cold and I froze because I didn't have an answer I didn't know what I wanted, but she was great and made me feel less embarrassed and dumb then i actually was, thank you <3

Use Caution, Please manage the maintenance of your restrooms, completely unsatisfactory! Absolutely unapproachable and distasteful, enough to make me not buy or let alone eat any of their products. If this is how they manage their restrooms, imagine what their kitchen and BOH is maintained.

Everything is awesome except for drive thru confusion. The drive thru is literally in the parking lot for the other stores. People can't turn to other stores in parking lot bc line for drive thru extends into lot causing stupid driving shenanigans.Good service and people always though. And coffee.
