We ordered the Mini Pack of 12 mini cookies for delivery. All of the cookies were small for being $20 and they were extremely hard. The cookies were delivered quickly, however they were very cold and definitely not worth the money. I'm usually a fan of Insomnia, but I was very disappointed tonight!

Aaron and another female clerk helped us to select a few hot melty cookies. The team at Insomnia were professional and friendly. Stop in on a Cold winter day and enjoy the tasty sweet treat. Remember to tip your clerk when they go above and beyond.

Waited an hour never got anything, told I’ll get refund in 3 days, but they can charge instantly. Won’t recommend ordering off there own website. Unless you like Disappointing and making kids cry.

I ordered delivery with an estimated time arrival time of 20 minutes. 2 hours later and I still had not received cookies. Order was cancelled.

Admittedly a little expensive, but the fact that they're open as late as they are justifies the price, in my opinion. Where else would I go to get a warm cookie and some milk when I get off of work at 12:30 a.m.? Personally, I'd recommend the s'mores cookie, but be warned that it is quite sweet, especially without milk to wash it down. The lines can get a little long, but when it's one of two places open as late as it is in downtown, I'm not sure what else you'd expect. Still worth it.
