Authentic Vietnamese food in a quaint, cozy setting. One of a handful of Asian restaurants in downtown Amherst, it absolutely belongs amongst the top of list. When we visited on a Friday afternoon, the dining room was packed. We thought 2:00 was going to be not so packed. We were pleasantly surprised. Goes to show just how great this place is. Despite the crowd, our food came out in minutes. So fast. And it was so good. Highly recommend.

Had a very nice pho after a long drive. Felt rejuvenating and nourishing. Service was good and fast.

I love Miss Saigon. I have come here many times and have tried most of the menu. The food is very filling and the portion sizes are large. I love the food, but don’t like the boba. The place is a bit small, so it gets cramped and loud sometimes.

Very good Vietnamese cuisine and a solid fix for pho! I was admittedly not expecting it to be so good, but what a nice surprise. We started off with some spring rolls (fresh shrimp, crisp vegetables, very tasty) and beef samosas (not too spicy but flavorful), then moved on to: shrimp and chicken Vietnamese-style pad thai (also very flavorful and colorful); Miss Saigon pho (a mixture of beef cuts and tripe - good tasty broth); and a vegetarian pho (which my wife said was the best tasting veggie broth she's had in a long while). Definitely will come back to try their other offerings (especially their duck dishes!). Service was also prompt and pleasant.

Lovely eggrolls! They took us in late at night while short-staffed so very accommodating service. I always get the rare beef pho, but the beef was fully cooked for some reason (the other few times that I ordered it to go the meat was packed rare). Overall really nice experience

Delicious! Best Vietnamese food I’ve had in the US. Bahn Xeo - gluten free and so good with the fresh mint.

I was able to get dinner here after 4pm on a Friday and it was pretty good. The staff here were very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Parking... sucks. There is no convenient lot to park thus you have to park on a paid spot off the street and it probably won't be close to the establishment. I'm happy to be able to make it here. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

We visited on a whim and I am so glad we stumbled across this amazing restaurant. Sat within 5 minutes on a busy Friday night, our food came out extremely fast and all hot and delicious. We got an amazing spread of pork buns, beef samosas, pho, and fried rice. The samosas were so flavorful and definitely my favorite. Loved our Vietnamese iced coffee and Boba drinks. Although it's a bit cramped, I think it's worth the visit. Will definitely come back next trip out!
