The milk tea here is gross and I got yelled at and had my table banged on by an employee for studying. I also had my picture taken, by the staff for some reason???? I’m in absolute disbelief at how RUDE the staff here is.

Service was horrible! I was the only person in the shop and not even a Hi or Bye! Got the Strawberry Bubble Swirl which looked like Strawberry puree and boba with milk poured on top of it . Nothing like the picture. The only reason I gave it a 1 are because that's the lowest I can give and that the drink topper that looks like a bear was so cute. Ambiance was clean and empty since it was close to closing time.Super disappointing! But if this the only Boba shop in Amherst then it is what it is! Otherwise find a new spot.

Ordered a cup of hot milk tea. The clerk accidentally made a mistake. Later when it was replaced for me. And not redoing it. But it was changed directly. So the taste was not what I wanted at all. I will never come again.

Love this place it's a regular stop when visiting my daughter at UMass. It does get rather busy but I find the lines to move quickly!

Cute place and convenient location. Staff were very nice and lots of available seating. Purple yam bubble milk was not the best tasting. Strawberry bubble milk was good though and the creme brulee foam added a lot of sweetness and creaminess. Each were about $7 which is a little pricey for its size but the cups were cute. Great boba place.

Second worst boba in Amherst.As of fall 2023, every boba location in Amherst is pretty bad, and moge ranks 2 as being the second worst, in front of Vivi.The jasmine tea base is generally horribly oversteeped + watered down, and on my last visit it was so bad, it tasted like hand sanitizer.The prices are abhorrent too. 10.25 for one large cup of boba (no special add-ons) is blatant robbery.

hopefully their credit card machine isn't tampered with.I was having a fun time looking through the different options on the large screen-ordering system they have when you walk in. Once I was ready to pay, I noticed something strange when I went to insert my card... The card-reader was attached with tape?? Strange... so I deleted my order and went somewhere else.
