The pizza looks nothing like the Ad on television. Amherst location Looks like store bought. Also should not let people be dissatisfied with your store since there is no other around for miles. Leominster Mass knows how it is done..

Pizza had the flavor and consistency of cardboard. I've had Papa John's at other locations before, so I know it's not normally this bad. Hopefully they can figure it out. If you're looking for cheap pizza in the area, go to Domino's across the street, I've never had a bad order there.

The stuffed crust Works pizza I ordered last night was not only one of the most delicious tasting pizzas I have ever ordered, but it was ready in about 15-20 minutes, after I placed an online order! The pizza was well seasoned and baked; as you can see, the toppings are abundant, but not overwhelming, so I got plenty of veggies and meat in every bite, but it did not go spilling everywhere. The cheese presented and behaved as it is advertised in a PJ commercial, both gooey and hot. The stuffed crust and bottom of the pizza was crispy and not soggy. I hope to return soon, because I can’t stop thinking about that first slice, which I had to eat in my car before bringing the rest back home.

How can we review a place that isn’t even open? Website says it’s open and the phone rings. No one answers it. I don’t know how they think. People are gonna be gung ho for their restaurant after all this frustration.UPDATEThey finally opened Aug.28Excellent service at the desk . Joe and Sam are friendly, helpful and eager to please !Food is hot and delicious.Try some of the new dipping sauces ! You won't be sorry
They officially opened today, and I ended up being customer 3.The staff is very friendly, and the pizza is excellent.. dominos better watch out.
