The food is excellent they're pretty quick about it and their prices are pretty good so would recommend it definitely not much for eat in there

Loved the baked ziti here, but they recently changed how they make it. Please go back to the old recipe!! I ordered it two weeks ago and the pasta sauce tasted like straight grease, I couldn’t finish it. It used to be my favorite! I’m hoping it was just a bad preparation day.

You guys ALWAYS get my order notes RIGHT on UberEats, THANK YOU SO MUCH! your pizza crust is amazing, the turkey wrap was incredibly fresh, the salad pizza OMG but... there's just one thing. I know an Italian cannot be making your Italian subs. It was the most bizarre italian sub I've ever had lol, the bread was good though.

The nicest family runs this place and their kindness shows up in the delicious food and friendly service- pizza that can go head-to-head with Antonio's, custom sandwiches with generous toppings and surprisingly tasty cookies. The ambiance of this place is just plain sad and depressing in a surprisingly comforting way. Why decorate, when middle school kids are going to wreck the seats? That question remains unanswered since what looks like 1982, but don't worry. The answer is garlic knots. They're so good you forget everything else.

There are regular local homeless people who come in every day, reach over the counter tops past the glass, and tap the slice of pizza they wanted to order; completely unsanitary. The cooks will insult you in Spanish. Food once was passable for a hole in the wall pizza shop kind of place, but in recent months has really declined. Tastes a little "off". Hit up Antonio's around the corner for an albeit busier, but better pizza shop atmosphere.

Loooved the food really spot!!! Crust is crunchy and ingredients are fresh!! BUT had to take a star off because my biggest complaint is that the online menu is VERY inaccurate. Ended up having to pay $10 more than expected and I ordered over the phone. So ask them ahead of time how much each item is because their website is not updated. Primos please fix it, otherwise it feels scammy.

They said it would take 30-45 minutes, but we waited 2 hours. I wish they had just been honest and we could have driven to pick it up, which is what we've done at other places. The food arrived not cold, and it was fine. Salad was a bit better than Brunos, calzones much worse, dough was tough. Pasta was fine, but almost too greasy for kids to eat. We won't be trying this one again. Probably OK if you don't mind when your food shows up.

The real highlight for me are the burritos. I know it sounds like nonsense to order a burrito at a pizzeria but they're damn good. Unfortunately Western Mass lacks good places where you can get a burrito -- even a lot of the dedicated Mexican joints are quite bland. This has, ironically, become my go-to. It's not necessarily spicy and it does have lettuce, but it's made well, seasoned well, and huge. The lettuce doesn't even bother me that much since they make such a good burrito, they know how to add it so it doesn't wilt and it just provides a little crunch.

I ordered the chicken pesto wrap and it was very salty and overall not the best. I’m assuming customers go there for their pizza, so I’ll try it next time because it looked pretty decent.
Pizza is awesome, but lots of tiny flies coming out of the garbage cans by the booths.
