I have no idea how this place has such rave reviews. First of all, DO NOT go into their parking lot unless you have a truck that can drive through literal craters in the earth. I bottomed out my car going less than 5mph . The best part of the parking lot to exit/enter, is being blocked by their company van and when I suggested to an employee that they back the van up to allow access for customers and gave the reason why, he just said that’s where they always park (not a good reason at all).Ok the coffee. I ordered an iced latte with lavender rose syrup , it looked and tasted like a cup of milk with flavor. The flavor of the syrup was good but there was no coffee in it. I also ordered a hot vanilla bean latte which was not good and did not taste like vanilla bean anything my bf was not impressed. To top it all off it was $8.50 for 1 latte! That’s right, I paid $17+ with tax for 2 lattes. That is just outrageous . I live in Boston and coffee does not cost that much there. I’ve had coffee all over the country and never paid so much for 2 drinks in my life. I’m sorry but if you think that’s a justifiable price, then you better serve me the best coffee drink I’ve ever had. They were both far from that. The only saving grace about this place was the kind woman who took my order, she was wonderful. There is really no reason to go to this place ?‍♀️ So many better caffès with better prices and no risk of falling into the abyss of a hole while parking to get mediocre coffee.

The drinks and food are mediocre and overpriced, the order was not prepared right and service in general is unsatisfactory.

Employees treat regulars or those who “know the owner” better than new customers, and allow them to cause a scene and be a bother. An older patron yelled at a friend of mine for being in “his favorite seat”.

i just had the worst experience ever here. i was here all day (im a 21 y/o girl) in the same seat sharing a table with my friend, and some man came over and put his stuff on mine on my seat that i am clearly sitting in that i got up from to grab a napkin (my stuff was all over the table and my backpack was leaned against the seat), so i asked him to move his bag and he ignored me. i moved it to the seat next to me because what else should i do? and he comes over and screams at me i cant touch his stuff and that that is HIS seat?! like he owned it?! he was rude and demeaning, calling me a little girl saying i was lying about sitting there and calling me names while mocking me. i talked calmly the whole time which really upset him and so he started saying i threw his stuff, to which me and everyone around me denied and i told him to ask them to check the cameras so he could see i absolutely did not. the “manager” who isn’t even the manager just watched and said nothing so the other random customers had to stick up for me. he wouldn’t stop yelling over me so i left crying and called to talk to the “manager” who said he wouldn’t do anything because this man knows the owner and “doesn’t seem like he’d do that.” i am absolutely disgusted with how little the management cared and how they just let this middle aged man scream at me FOR A SEAT? and call me names then say there’s nothing they will do about it. i used to come here almost every day and now i’m never coming back here again. i hope the management learns to care for their customers safety and this NEVER happens again to anyone else. the other people that work here are nice and tried to help, they should get promoted and the guy who made excuses for that deranged man should be retrained to care for customers.

I've been going to this cafe for 8 years. For a long time it's been my favorite in the Valley. I still think they have the best quality coffee around. However, I'm so tired of how much the prices for both drinks and food keep going up. For years I was happy to pay a bit more than average price in the area because I wanted to support a local business and because I know they work hard to have good ingredients for their food and connections with farmers for their coffee. Today I paid $18 dollars for a turkey avocado sandwich (with bacon) and a salad. It was already expensive at $15, which is what I had expected to pay today, only I didn't realize the price had jumped higher in the couple months since I last bought one (it used to be $12 for the sandwich and salad a couple years back). Never again. I like the food generally, but I wouldn't even $18 for a sandwich with salad at a restaurant let alone a cafe. I don't think I'll be going there often, if at all, anymore. The prices are just becoming ridiculous. Not only has the price gone up, but the quality of what you get has gone down. The salad used to be served as mixed greens with carrot, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. The salad I received today was only romaine lettuce with carrot. No onions, no tomatoes. I just don't understand what could possibly justify the price at this point. The workers have always done a great job and been helpful. Maybe the owner(s) thinks that people will just keep supporting the business no matter what. In reality, it just makes it more likely the trip will seem less and less worth it.

The best in town, no more words need. PS: the four star is because I don't believe perfection.

OMG There is overpriced and then there is insult to injury. $7.25 for a 2 shot latte is just insane, and according to your menu board makes no sense since a 2 shot large latte is 6.2?. The place was packed so maybe I am just insane. The latte was warm and had bubbles in the milk. Teach your employees how to think outside the box when charging , all that had to be done was ring up a large latte and note 12 ounce cup.

I escaped from college here at least once a week. Their matcha is always so tasty and well blended. The coffee is perfect. The Turkey-Avo sandwich, the Brunch Bowl, and the Maggie are delicious. I felt reborn and refreshed after every trip here. Thanks Share for getting me through senior

Unlike other coffee places in the area there is no sense of urgency when they make your drink. There was one order in front of me for 2 drinks and it took 10 minutes for me to get a simple latte.Chill vibe but don't stop by if you don't have time to dawdle.

Love this place! The decaf is really good!! I recommend the grilled cheese and roast beef sandwiches as well, they are very tasty. The dressing the side salad comes with is very good too. If you buy a bag of coffee it comes with a cup of coffee, which is really neat. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is stylish and cozy. Great place to grab a meal/snack and a drink and get some work done!

It’s 9 dollars for an ice latte if you want want to add vanilla syrup and dairy free option. Really expensive

Really nice spot. Lots of folks working on laptops there. Pretty spacious. Had a wonderful hot chocolate (made in house) and cozied up. They've also got a good lox bagel sandwich.

Tasty coffee and lots of gluten free options for food. Plenty of seating though it still may be difficult to find a spot since this is a college town. Trendy, bright interior.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
