Sandwich was poor compared to other subways. Asked for motzerella, she instantly threw on the pricier kind. And in the end I paid 13 bucks for a bottom tier sandwich. Clearly skimped me too peep photo

I walked in this afternoon with my niece and there was the blond woman working behind the counter. My niece and I must have waited IN Front of her for over 5 minutes before I finally said, "hey are you going to take our order"? She replied in a rude tone, "I have to do these door dash orders first". The complete lack of customer service was baffling; she did not say "hi" when I walked in, she did not say to give her a moment while she completed her doordash orders, nothing! She just looked down and silently made doordash sandwich orders. This location needs to either train their employees in basic customer service, or stop employing rude college students who have no home training. This blond hair woman was a nightmare. Eventually a nice gentleman came over and took my order.

Great worker but our hot grinders weren’t even warm! Steak and cheese grinder. Not happy that I’m back at home warming up our grinder meat so we can eat a hot grinder! Your machines need some work this is unacceptable!

My first time trying this subway out, ordered curbside and the young dark girl came out and said one beep was enough when all i did was parked and checked in on the app. I never once touched my horn as curbside pick up you never have to beep your horn. She had so much attitude as she approached the car when thats all she said to us and my drink almost spilled the cover was not properly put on. I will stick to my subway at the mall. Stay away while you can.

This location has terrible customer service, at the daily and MANAGEMENT level. I made an order through the App. Received a confirmation that the order was ready. My husband went to pick it up for me. The store said they did not receive it. Yes, these things happen - but stores know this too. Keep in mind, my husband had a screenshot of the correct location and a PAID receipt. They insisted he was mistaken and sent him to the main street location. My husband is patient, he went there. Nope. He came back to the 308 College Location and still they did not honor the PAID Receipt and order number. My husband went to the Main street location and bought my sandwich because I was now starving at this point. The other location went above and beyond to make our experience better, but we still had to pay for a whole new meal with the addition of a lot of unnecessary annoyance. Fast forward to the next day, my husband went back to talk to the manager. They indicated they would not help and there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind, Subways are franchises. The manager has every tool to resolve the issue, but CHOSE TO KEEP MY MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE A MEAL. We checked our credit card statement to confirm that we were charged. THIS LOCATION MADE US FEEL RIPPED OFF. We will do our business with the Main Street or Sunderland locations who have staff empowered to do business above board.

For a place that wasn’t very busy, I wanted to sit and eat my meal. The worker was mopping the floor with disgusting smelling water. I always liked the other one in town better, but I want to give this one a try. I think I’ll stick with the other subway in town.
