Good thing they offer an online order system, anytime you have to deal with someone on the phone it's a struggle through rudeness and unhelpfulness :/

Try the Farmer Veggie and Cheese (with bacon). It is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

This company really has "fast food" operations done very well. I've never seen it done any better anywhere. And so far, I've used the app in Portland, Concord, Portsmouth, and Brattleboro. Good product, good service.
A fine bagel. It was late in the day, I am sure the bagels are better in the morning.

Updated review: The last 2 times my sandwich has been disappointing. Requests for toasting the bread have been ignored. As did my most recent request for pickles which I paid extra for. Waited in store for an extra 10 minutes for my order after ordering on the app and observed the young staff hanging out and goofing off. Very disappointed in product and service. Will not return again.
The Amherst branch has wheelchair accessible, abundant outdoor seating, fully sheltered from the rain by a porch structure, and seemingly not opened conditionally on weather (late October, pouring rain, 55F). For immunocompromised and other Covid cautious people, this is such a wonderful thing to have.

Super chicken Panini: bread was not toasted as more merely seared/marked and the crust was chewy in a not so pleasant way -- but the interior was delicious, hot tender chicken and savory aioliVeggie tomato soup of the day: cold... why? Lots of veggies in it so def packed soup which is what I like, just don't like cold Came at midday, packed but service was relatively smooth and fast. But maybe that's why the meal was what it was

These are some the best bagels I’ve ever had and I’m from NY. They are the classic crunchy chewy kind.

It's alright. Food felt overpriced, and the seating was not comfortable. The people working there are great tho. It's also hard to hear people inside.
No hot coffee. Waited 20 min. It's just coffee.
