“This is the classiest hotel in Andover. The staff is polite, without being stuffy. They have great personalities and are eager to please. They cater to many crowds here. Corporate, wedding, weekend travelers, families, and the random guests. Not sure how they manage to handle such a diverse clientele. Front desk workers know their business and more importantly, care about actually pleasing you. The bartender at Characters is by far the best. Exceptional service, great looks, and he will engage you in conversation (even if you're a wallflower). Overall, it's a fun place to stay when you're away from home. 189 has great food, you almost forget you're at a hotel.“

“The food is excellent! We have been completely been won over by Hanley's. Nachos, grilled chicken sandwich, burgers, steak tips, baked haddock and the steak and cheese all delicious! Our bartender Jessica has been very attentive, and makes a great drink. She makes us feel very at home. The shift brings Jen. She provides excellent service as well. With Chef Brian in the kitchen cooking, we're never disappointed! They have Keno and plenty of TVs tuned in to various types of sports. We have seen two bands there. One of them (Half Price Whiskey is their name) was excellent and we would see them again. Their prices don't break the bank. Hanley's is a fantastic addition to Billerica.“

“After seeing them one Phantom Gourmet Grreat 8 Poutine decided to try Pica's Pub & Grill today for some day drinking and apps. Poutine, Bavarian Pretzel and Chicken quesadillas all were very good. Quesadilla filled with pulled chicken and cheese. Plenty of gravy and cheese on the poutine, but not wicked soggy fries. Pretzel very soft and cheese was very good. Cocktails were very good. Waitress was FANTASTIC. Very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and will go back.“

“Good food and quick kitchen. Drinks are consistent. Primarily street parking but convenient location and crosswalks available. Stairs in front of bar to walk up and enter. One stall bathrooms. On the smaller side but good atmosphere. Live music played here is great.“
