“This is such a local gem! Their food is delicious and all made to order. Their chocolate chip pancakes and breakfast sandwiches are a must if you’re visiting. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Also, super family friendly and a great spot for kids!“
“I stay at DoubleTree and so I occasionally don't want to get out and so I've found a great meal that I love and enjoy here. I've only tried this, so I can't speak for other dishes, but the freshness and quality is a great sign for others. I love their Clam Chowder - it's just a great bowl of chowder. What you would hope for. I also love their Cobb Salad. As silly as it is, this can be poorly executed but not here. The ranch dressing I get is homemade, so tasty and fresh. All vegetables are fresh and perky. Their grilled chicken is superb and this says a lot because I often eat vegetarian due to meat quality/taste. I personally don't get bacon so I can't speak to that. Oh and they have a fresh, warm wheat (or white) roll option which is hard to turn down. Enjoy!“
“If you’re looking for a well priced breakfast, with lots of options, bottomless cup of coffee, fresh-squeezed, orange juice, and real maple syrup, this place is for you! This reminds me of New York diners with the career waitresses who will call you honey. Usually a wait but well worth it. I recommend number option 54-if you don’t want to have to decide between the waffle and egg plate!“
“Nan’s Cafe is my go-to for a quality breakfast. The food is always delicious, whether you’re craving a classic eggs and bacon or something more adventurous. The staff sets this place apart—they’re always amazing, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door.If you’re in the area and looking for an outstanding breakfast spot, do yourself a favor and check out Nan’s Cafe. You won’t be disappointed.“
“I have been going to Al's for the last 8 years. I always get the same breakfast, so when I walk in, the only thing they need to know is if it is for there or to go. All of the staff, including the kitchen, are super friendly and the food is great. You will not find another place in the area that is that good and budget friendly at the same time.“
“Everything was great! Service and food quality were top notch. Only feedback -Home fries were more like roasted potatoes and cut a bit big. Blueberry pancakes were excellent. Everything was generously portioned and hot. Very busy on late Sunday morning so plan accordingly. There's also coffee while you wait, which is awesome.“
“Stopped here for the Hungry man… for $16. The food was OK. The potatoes were cold with hot spots. They put the cold butter on the hot pancakes, never figured out why they’d do that. But, there are something’s in the world I’ll never understand. If I am in the area, I’d consider Freddy’s or go to McDonalds and cut the cost in half.“
“A actual hidden gem in lawrence, this family owned dinner really did suprise me in the beginning. This picture does not do the french toast any justice, but it was genuienly some of the best french toast I've had at a dinner. And the staff are really sweet, and the whole place feels very homely. I would absolutely recommend if you live in the area, or even if your passing by! This place has regulars for a reason!“
“What a place i'll tell ya, you could be seated anywhere ya like! pretty awesome for someone like me who's a complete introvert, the servers we very kind and heartwarming, gives the environment like your home. tried out the food and it was delicious i enjoyed it a lot the pancakes were a delight it was tasty. must try “
“We like eating here wife had bacon and cheese omelet with home fries and rye toast. She enjoyed it. I had the deluxe French toast with fresh Italian bread butter cinnamon and powder sugar. Had four slices. Also two eggs and bacon. Everything was cooked perfect. But could hardly taste the cinnamon or power sugar. Server was great. Parking in front is tight. Plenty of parking in rear and rear entry. Also muffins chocolate chip and coffee cake to go. Very good.“
“Simply delightful! So good, the food, the service and the owner, who stopped by all the tables to offer friendly hellos. So cool!I ordered the Athenia Omlet, a perfect ratio of spinach, olives, and feta cheese, came with toast and one more side, I got the beans! AWESOME! Beans are a delicacy in my family and they were perfectly heated. We gobbled the food before we could take a picture. Highly recommend!“
“We came in Thursday of school vacation week with my 2 and 8 year old for lunch. My 2 year old has trouble with restaurants but we were visiting my mom who loves dining out and I was hoping maybe the planes would help as he's obsessed and did they ever. The staff were so nice they gave us a great table to observe from and were so accommodating and kind with the kids and us having to clear menus and condiments he'd otherwise knock over. The food though was such a great surprise my mom loved her fish and chips and we all got brunch and the pancakes and French toast were unbelievably good and could've totally stood alone without syrup which is impressive (not that they were too sweet they just didn't need to be drowned the batter was clearly great). My kids loved it and I can't say enough about finally getting to sit down and enjoy a meal out where everyone was happy and the atmosphere was so nice and welcoming. Thanks to your staff we'll definitely be back.“
“This is my favorite cafe in Haverhill. It feels like home every time you walk in the door! The food is incredible and fresh with a diverse menu and plenty of breakfast / lunch options. The atmosphere is so cozy, and pet-friendly - they feature a “pup-a-cino” with whipped cream and bacon that my dog goes crazy for. The online order-ahead makes things super easy on busy mornings too!“
“My family and I have been coming to Beyond Bagels for as long as I can remember! From lunch dates to early Sunday mornings, Beyonds has and will continue to be a weekly ritual in our house! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the bagels are always fresh and delicious! My go-to order is a Turkey club on an egg bagel!“
“Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a very friendly host with a very familiar smile. He took us to the table and offered us something to drink. Minutes later, the waiter, Camilo, arrived, who served us very well, brought us the drinks quickly, took our order and gave us several recommendations since it was the first time my family went to the restaurant. The food arrived quickly to the table and was hot and delicious. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will definitely return.“
“Me and my husband have been coming here for five years now and the service is always amazing. The cook is always very friendly. The servers are very nice. We appreciate all the work they do.Parking: They have free parking in the back of the store“
“Since deli king in tewksbury closed my family and I have been searching for a breakfast joint, we’ve tried 3 already and we ate here today and this is now the go to place for breakfast for my family and I. Absolutely delicious, we ate everything left no crumbs. Couldn’t stop saying “wow that was good”…it was unbelievable so good…definitely the new Sunday go to breakfast joint!“
“Food was great, Jocelyn & Nick were awesome! Excellent service, pleasant attitudes and attentive... owner introduced himself and thanked us for coming. Would definitely recommend and will be back when we're in the area agin! Thank youl“
“We hit it on a so so day. The food was only so so. The same with the Service. I had the Eggs Benedict and asked that the eggs be cooked more well done, not runny yolks. Not only were the yolks runny, the whites were runny as well. I mentioned it to the server, and while she apologized, she didn't offer to have a recook on the eggs though you could easily see I had pushed all the egg off to the side. My friend had an omelette filled with veggies and cheese that was great. One bright ? side to this visit..the coffee was DELICIOUS and hot.Vegetarian options: NAParking: Plenty of parking, including Handicapped spotsKid-friendliness: Kid FriendlyWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“I was finally able to get to Somebody's Place to get my hands on their donuts. They made super cute heart shaped donuts for Valentine's Day that I didn't get a chance to grab. The long anticipated wait to try these donuts was completely worth it. Their hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 2pm. They know what they're doing. When your product is this good, you can make whatever hours you want. You build up the hype this way. You can't make these available on the weekends. I would be a regular here. I was able to bring the kids along with me and they were just as excited as I was to walk through the door. The inside of the place was cute with several tables to eat. They must have known we were coming as they had a high chair placed in front of the donut case for my littlest who climbed that thing with ease. My eldest in predictable fashion picked the chocolate frosted and my youngest nabbed the last strawberry frosted from the case. For the husband and myself I picked an apple cider, apple fritter, honey dipped lemon, and the fried dough, as recommended by the staff (amazing choice by the way!!). The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful. I ordered a hot coffee and even that was delicious! Instead of the kids asking, "Are we there yet?", every minute of the drive I was asking the kids, "Can I eat my donuts in the car?". I maintained composure and waited. Each donut tasted flavorful, soft, yet perfectly slightly crispy on the outside. I think my favorite of the bunch was the fried dough because it was so light and fluffy. I make far drives for good food, especially donuts, and this rivals some of the best donuts I've had. It's tough since this place is actually pretty close to me. From start to finish, just an enjoyable trip. I will be back to try other things. I had tunnel vision. They have a whole menu, but they had me at donuts.“
