Had a great dinner with very good service. Drinks and food were very good and the service was excellent. Will definitely go back. One recommendation for management — consider broiled or flame cooked fish for the tacos (vs breaded and fried only).

Their service their drinks and their food is always spot on. The nachos are huge and loaded with ingredients. Our favorite is there maple habanero wings. We tried the empanadas this time and they were crispy and tasty. After those three appetizers four of us were so full we had no choice but to order fried Oreos for dessert, it is a huge portion. This place has been one of the most consistent places since before Covid. Highly recommend.

Bueno Malo has the most fresh, delicious, amazing, phenomenal food on the planet! The nachos are the best I've ever had and the tacos, beans, and rice are to die for! The owners are the sweetest guys in the world and always fit us in, even if the restaurant is packed on their busiest night! 100/10 recommend to anyone visiting Andover!

We went for a friend's birthday which I had noted on OpenTable when making the reservation. Usually that means nothing, but BuenoMalo saw and went above and beyond. There was a nice card on the table for the birthday person. The staff also sang happy birthday and brought over a dessert without us specifically asking for it. It was very thoughtful and we appreciated it. The drinks and food were great and the atmosphere is awesome! Nicely decorated place.

Good food and drinking. The lighting was a little tough as we sat under these lightbulbs that kept changing colors. Cool if you are not sitting directly under them. Server was nice and attentive. However, she was almost too attentive as funny as that might sound. She kept checking on us almost to the point of us feeling rush when we were there sitting and talking. The restaurant was not busy and they were not close to closing at this time. She must have come over around 5 times in 20 minutes and struggled to read the situation. Eventually we just asked for the check, said we would pay it in case she was cashing out bc we were going to sit for sometime. They she finally seemed to understand that we were just relaxing. I get4 wanting to make sure customers have what we need but this was a bit much and it was interrupting out dinner and conversation too much and we almost got annoyed at the situation. And we do tip when we sit and stay like this. We did so in this situation as well.
The service and ambiance was great! A little noisy for my liking. The guacamole was delish. All of our tacos were extremely spicy though, almost hard to enjoy because of the spice level. We had the shrimp and carnitas tacos. This wasn't specified on the menu that they were at a high spice level. My friend sent hers back because it was too much. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves!

Just more gf soy free options and also more meal options other than taco, burrito etc. The chicken option was a good example but perhaps more. We enjoyed our visit and our server was extremely attentive!

We came to celebrate my husband and out daughter's Birthday! It was incredible! The staff, the food, the energy, the kindness, all of it! I love Bueno Malo! The owner even came over and as he was fixing the projector image, chatted with us for a bit an dhe is great too!! I love that Bueno Malo exists and will be coming back for years!! Thanks for being such an awesome place for everyone! Our party was ages 17-84 and everyone loved it! (Only thing the older folks didn't caare for was how hard it was to find, but honestly, everything else made up for it! I LOVE the location, can't wait for outdoor seating in the warmer weather!
Our waitress was so accommodating and really knew the menu. She recommended amazing drinks and appetizers. She helped us to have quite a lovely night. And I hope to return very soon. She's great and your whole everything. Is awesome. I especially love your bathrooms. The best. !!!

Good food and atmosphere. Drinks were just ok, my Margarita was a bit watery. However, they were attentive to attempt to remake the drink (still came back just ok). Good size portions. Price is slightly up. Kinda paying City Prices while being in the suburbs. Cool place to meet up with friends. Would def go back.

The only time I share reviews is when I am impressed by an experience. And that I was at Buenomalo. For starters, the service was incredible and it is amazing to see a culture of employees who are truly invested in providing excellent service-indeed a rare thing these days. The food was delicious with great combinations of flavor. The salsa in the trio was one of the best we've ever had, until the owner Mike brought out his spicy salsa for us to try which combined with the salt on their dangerously good house made chips was the absolute ideal balance of spice perfection. So good! We are big margarita fans and the margaritas looked as good as they tasted! We tried several of the tacos which were all so flavorful but I would rank the shrimp one as my #1. And then I had to try the fried oreos having grown up with them on the jersey shore, which were paired with Richardson's coffee oreo ice cream...insane!! So good and best fried oreo I've ever had. I rate our experience a 5 out of 5 and it looks like we will be making more trips to Andover in the near future! We found a favorite!
