I placed an order for delivery and it arrived very badly, the pizza did not have any cheese and the little that it had was all lumpy and the cheese bread had been overcooked in the oven, it arrived all burnt and without cheese because it exploded, I contacted the app and the only solution they gave me is to leave a comment here and surely someone was going to try to solve it

The female delivery driver was extremely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. I think she has very serious anger problems. Looks like she doesn't like her jobs but just throws her bad attitudes.As an Andover resident, and long time customer who spends a couple of hundred dollars every week, even thousands of dollars in year, I will not order food from this store for my family and my company anymore. I dont have to deal with this type of aggressive, rude attackers.These kind rude, aggressive employees only harm businesses -owners profits and brand reputation

I honest never really ask for too much in my orders or expectation for food. But i had to write this for other's to be aware of. Extremely unprofessional managers that work here. They not only don't like there jobs but just throws there's bad attitudes to customer's and it caused me to have a bad day myself. And its only buying food. like come on, get another job if your just grumpy all the time working here. Im not trying to have a bad day just getting food!!

Terrible service! The girls working there were too busy on TikTok live to pay attention to the consumers. Waiting way too long for them to even take my order. Their cell phones were more important.

Very bad service. I ordered carry out instead of car side by accident . My mom has very difficult to walk and it’s snow. I called and asked them a favor to help my mom to bring my orders out. They said NO. I’ve been their store customer very long time ( over 3 years). Now, I don’t think I’m their customer anymore.

What a waste of money ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken parm sandwich and a soda. The genius delivery driver stored the soda on top of the pizzas obviously that squished the pizza boxes down and the cheese stuck to the boxes and grossly warm soda. The chicken parm had 4 tiny pieces of chicken on it no sauce and burnt cheese. I will definitely find another place for future orders. They obviously don't care about their customers here after they take your money. Save yourself and order anything else. McDonald's would have been better than the garbage they tried to pass off as acceptable here. They are only good at ruining peoples food here. And don't get fooled by their fake reviews like the 5 star saying how great they are and then posted pictures of items they don't serve like shrimp topped pizza and calzones. Nice try to scam more people. Disgusting is what you people are.
