The server was rude. We got some icecream. I also happen to be a vendor and wanted to inquire about aomething...but the response was not at all friendly. Having a name in iceream I guess shouldn't give them a pass to be arrogant.

Bad customer services. The cookies and cream has no cookies. It’s a regular chocolate ice cream. And it was not explained to me before the order. And there is no description stating the mix. Very disappointed. And the server refused to refund me.

JP Licks has always had sucky ice cream (fake crap), but I went in one night to order a smoothie. I ordered a raspberry mango smoothie. I tasted NO mango and NO raspberry in the drink........and it was made with milk. Smoothies are not made with milk. Milkshakes are. I would have said something, but I'm not allergic and figured the milk would add taste. I was wrong. The 2 high school twerps working that night had no personality or brains either. Won't be going back. Plus, it's Andover.......north shore home of the crap for brains Godless liberals.

The JP Licks in andover is the best! The staff are kind helpful and can create conversation, especially Will, and Mark! This is my favorite ice cream place it has an amazing variety of flavors and toppings! It is also right downtown so perfect for a nice night!

This is a pretty good ice cream shop with good variety of flavors and toppings. They are open fairly late on Fridays and Saturdays, which is a benefit.They do offer a few (only three) dairy free ice creams that are made with coconut. Overall we enjoyed it.
