I've always gotten great service here. The pizza is delicious. The high quality ingredients and unique toppings make this place special. It's a quaint and friendly setting in downtown Andover. Outside seating available in the warmer months.

Wanted to have a small birthday party for my daughter, 10 teens or so, called and asked if they could accommodate a small party like that for a few hours. Was told no, first come, first serve basis only. Woman was quite rude also. Happy to take my business to another local establishment who will accommodate.

We live in Andover and our small town is in serious need of a decent restaurant that offers quality food with friendly service. Pazzo restaurant opened about 4 to 5 years ago and we were cautiously optimistic. We went there for pizza and it wasn’t bad but we made a big mistake returning for pasta a few days ago. We ordered rigatoni bolognese, penne with pesto sauce, and Pazzo bread.The bolognese sauce was overpowered by something that covered the tomato sauce in a very unpleasant way. The pesto sauce was very dry rather than creamy and there was considerable amount of oil in the bottom of the dish that didn’t add any moisture to the dish. The Pazzo bread is supposed to have roasted garlic in it but we only tasted an overwhelming amount of cheese instead. The service was mediocre and rather unfriendly but not rude. Overall it was rather disappointing.

Been here a handful of times now since moving to the area over a year ago. The pizza is unmatched for the immediate area and it's such a great atmosphere. Makes for a great pizza date night.
Always a great experience. Had a 25 person birthday party for my 14 year old and everyone enjoyed their food, waitstaff and detail. Try it you will love it

Can’t say enough amazing things about this establishment. Jeff and Cristal are extremely helpful and attentive to every detail in regards to cleanliness and management. We ordered catering for over 50 people and everything was perfect. Almost every single guest complimented the food and the presentation. If you’re in town, stop in for fresh drinks and food or even better order from their catering menu. Thank you guys!!!
