Kudos to the staff for working quickly and making drinks for people who didn't walk out because their orders weren't ready a few minutes after they walked in. I could understand their frustration because mobile orders were delayed up to 40 minutes after they said it was ready on the app due to some error in their machine receiving mobile orders. Fix the app and machines!!!!
I came in at 5:30 when they are open. The girl looked bothered that I came in. I asked her a question and she did not even respond. She was not pleasant at all. When I got my sandwich, it was still cold so I could not eat it. I usually have a good experience there but I probably will not go there any longer. I do not want to bother them.
