My 90 yr old neighbor ordered 3 dinners to share with her neighbors...alll 3 were veal parts with diff pastas...she spent over $110.00Our meals were terrible!!! Pastas were sticky , veal was over done and there was HARDLY ANY SAUCE TO SPEAK ABOUT...we had to open a can of sauce to make it edible. We were very disappointed with the entire 3 meals.....and probly will never go back.To bad you lost not 1 but 3 customers.Jacqueline Cyr

Food is amazing, atmosphere too, they just make the drinks half way! You pay 14$ dollars for a glass half full. Is so annoying. In this photo you can see how my glass came everytime.

Was working near by and figured I'd grab lunch. Got a pizza and fries to go, was not overly impressed as I once was a long time ago. Was charged for packaging of food , fancy container for the over priced fries to go left the fries soggy and a lot of moisture in the container. Pizza was not as I once enjoyed, atmosphere dull ..stuck in another time zone. This review is not to trash the establishment but to help the next individual with their decision making.

Pasta shouldn’t be on their menu…… it’s not hard to put sauce on noodles

My 88 year old Mom likes going here they accommodate her with her wheelchair and our 2 year old at the same time ! We are never rushed and the service is always so good. So many choices for food it sometimes takes time to decide but always good.

We are regulars at The Chateau. Love the food. Our server on Easter Sunday was probably the best server ever. Highly recommend. It gets busy but the staff is on the ball. Enjoy!

GF brought me home a $33 seafood dish. It came with two pieces of PLAIN bread and one was stale. The sauce was comparable to Ragu. The total cost came to almost $37 because they charged a fee FOR THE BAG.I'm sure the only reason this place is still in business is because of the same people who only go out of habit.
We love the Chateau, but they changed the bread they used to give you at the beginning of the meal. Before it was crispy and delicious. Now it is mushy and tasteless. The waitress yesterday we had and others in the past have said everyone asks why was the great bread taken away?? We would like to know too!! We barely touch it now. Next time we go to the Chateau in Andover we are stopping at a bakery first and buying our own bread which will definitely be much better than what you are serving now. Then we can fully enjoy our meals with delicious bread! ??? You know what bread we will being in?? The best....Piantedosi!!! Yum!!!
Despite having a reservation, we were seated in the very loud lounge RIGHT next to the men's room, despite other tables being available. I told the host that we were moving to the table further away and she said fine. Another group was then sat at the table and they asked to be moved. Take the hint, folks.
