I never write reviews but I was inspired to do so tonight. The hamburgers were overcooked and tasteless. I am not sure they were made of beef. This is American food at it's worst.

Don't get me wrong the burgers and onion rings were very good. However with that said I had higher hopes with regard to the flavor of the beef. Not bad but nothing special. Service here is order at the counter and wait for your number to be called. The atmosphere was kind of cool, sort of an industrial look. Would I go out of my way to go back... No. If you happen to have an EV they have 2 chargers available which are free for the first 4 hours. Had to use the Tesla adapter as they are generic chargers. 2 Burgers 1 Small Onion Ring 2 Sodas $34

Going here for a few years now. I still love it! Lately been getting the Uburger with cheese and their special sauce. It's delicious! Their fries with bacon and cheese are awesome too! They don't skimp on those fries. I love to dip them in sriracha and ketchup. It's an interesting combo. Trust me on this. They stopped putting the sriracha out though and I miss it. Also, the fountain drinks are great. They have one of those Coke machines that you could choose from a bunch of different varieties. It's a must try burger place.

I really like place, restaurant is clean and cozy, service is excellent and the most important burger tastes above a notch versus your typical fiveguys and ShakeShack, their French fries is fresh cut so is their sweet potato fries, this will be a regular joint I go wherever I'm in the area. Highly recommend the "All in" Burger!!Parking: Easy to park

It was meh? I mean for $35 I was expecting something pretty impressive but the cheese fries were congealed and basic, and the burger was on a horribly soggy bun. They had the order ready on time which was great but can’t say I’d go back for the price.

If you want to overpay for a cheeseburger worse than McDonald's, this is your place! Enjoy a preformed, frozen, gray meat patty that you'll want to throw up minutes later. Save yourself some money and agony- just go to literally any other place for a cheeseburger. I wish I could say something different but the burgers here are disgusting.

Awesome. The last remaining location and the quality is identical that of the now-closed Andover location. Hoping this place stays open forever. Their frappes and fresh-cut fries are amazing. And the burgers fresh/legendary.

Always Fantastic! Their burgers are great and their fries are yummy and made for sharing. They have seating (not all that comfortable but good enough for a quick bite). They have the fun Coca Cola machine that enables you to choose your soda with fun combos (like vanilla root beer or cherry vanilla Coke).

My first, and last, time at UBurger. Good fries, but I spent $18 for a cheeseburger, fries, and a fountain drink - and the burger I got was just, well - it was fine (way too salty), and somewhat better than a burger that you'd get from McDonald's or Burger King, but for $18 I'd expect a burger meal that was more than just "somewhat better" than a McD's or BK meal.
