friendly staff who are quick to recognize you as a regular, standard neighborhood sub & pizza shop fare, obviously family-run (given the presence of their children, toys and belongings in the cafe), a little on the pricey side for lunch every day (in particular, the sandwiches) but great at honoring requests on orders

The chocolate Fro-Yo's are awesome. You'll want to get a topping. It's similar to a DQ blizzard. It's becoming our family's favorite spot for ice cream - it's fun to all get different toppings and see which one is the best
