So disappointed. Was eager to try this place based on great reviews. They got all 4 of our orders wrong. Small portions. Vegan and meat dishes were all flavorless.

Tortas, tostadas, burritos, tacos and more! Great quality, tasty food. A definite step above most of the other mediocre Mexican food in the area.On every weekday they have a different 2 for 1 special that offers really good value.

The service was bad, asked for coke but they Said they were out when you could see it in old school glass bottle and reg 20oz bottle, the food had no seasoning, the chicken was def crispy but no flavor needed salt even the guacamole could have used alil salt, the server def didn't care since we were the only 1s there at the

Quick, no-fuss, good food. "Jose's salad," pictured below, has been a staple for me for months. I like getting it with homemade Chorizo and kidding myself that it's still healthy! My other favorites: tacos Tonatico because of the homemade corn tortillas, enchiladas, and the fajita plate if you're dining in - it is served on the same plate it was grilled on and is quite fun.

Great burritos

Jose's is a staple in my takeout rotation. I have tried a few of the Mexican food restaurants in the area and I always end up coming back to Jose's Torta Mexicana.I am a vegetarian and occasionally eat fish and their burritos are delicious and filling. The small will fill you up and the large is perfect for when you are starving. Their vegan options are terrific as well.Guacamole is free in their burritos, which is great in this day and age when everyone is charging extra for the basics.PS If you are a chipotle mayo fan, ask for a little on the side to spice up whatever you are ordering. The space inside is relatively small and nobody ever eats there, so if you want to eat there you can but it is very no frills. As a bonus, their bathroom is very clean which I would not expect for a Mexican takeout place.

Um I ordered 2 large 12in burrito through ubereats. Got the order and opened the bag, the burritos were so small. They each look about 6in max and it was thin. Smh

Look let assess the elephant in the room. I expect a language barrier especially if I am expecting "authentic" Mexican food. This was beyond language barrier we are talking *disclaimer not racist just using a very accurate stereotype know across the us" you would get better counter help had he picked up a guy at Home Depot. The person working the counter wasn't familiar with the menu whatsoever but I can read so that's a plus. I placed my order he printed it out and put the slip up for the food prep guy. Nonetheless he still had to translate the entire order which was a small burrito nothing extravagant. While we are on the topic of small burritos i honestly thought it was either a joke or a mistake. It's only slight larger than a Twinkie. The 5 for $1 l red hot beef burritos at the super market are an honest size comparison. I frequent many burrito spots in the area and they should even be allowed to advertise these as burritos. I figure for $10sm and $12 large there couldn't be much difference and I like to try something new first before buying the biggest or most expensive version! At this point I haven't even eaten it yet. The $l0Burrito came out to $13.33. I had a $20 bill and handed the counter perso. .35cents. He replied the $20 was enough. I actually thought ok he's just gonna call it $13 so I can get my $7 and not a pocket full of change. Nope. He started reaching for the change till and I said that's why I was giving you the change so I did t have to get change back. This thoroughly confused him and I had to explain how $20-13=7. I can't wait to post a picture for you and let you know how the flavor is. I have to admit I'm very intrigued because their lack of basic street food acumen is lacking they may be geniuses in the kitchen I'll let you knowUPDATE This is by far the most offensive depiction of a burrito I've ever encountered. Anyone that praises the food here obviously has never eaten at another Mexican spot. The meat advertised as steak was stringy and grainy. Frozen, possibly inexpensive meat not made for human consumption. There is no seasoning on the steak. Tbere was no sour cream and I'd be hard pressed to acknowledge "normal level of cheese nevermind extra cheese" If you have an odd compulsion to know what a can of Alpo dog food would taste like with lower than average Mexican rice and pico de Gallo made from mostly diced tomatoes with a couple pieces of onion and a glimpse of what I believe to be a green pepper. Zero flavor and disturbing texture. One bite was enough m! Also I had always been told about taco Tuesday's which I believe is buy one taco and get one. They are t listed on the menu as an option and the signs I'd seen before were missing. So a $10 small dogfood wrap ended up as $13.33 out the door. I'm actually happy I didn't eat it there because I'm not sure I'd be able to contain my contempt for them trying to pas this off as authentic Mexican. Food. I truly would have felt better ordering from a street cart than here. Buyer beware of

Stopped in for takeout lunch and got the mole enchiladas and the torta michoacán. Both were delicious but the enchiladas were a standout — smoky, rich sauce and tender chicken. Highly recommend!
