Really disappointed in this business. They've made good pizza in the past, but they really messed this one up. Not sure what causes this, but it was unacceptable for them to serve this to me without at least explaining what happened. The only saving grace is that they refunded with no questions asked. But, on the other hand, the fact that they didn't even ask to see what was wrong suggests to me that they already knew they had given me a subpar pizza that looks like someone or something took a bite out of it.

We've liked Maria's most times we've ordered, but today we received a pizza that looked like someone (or something) took a few bites out. Two stars because the food has tasted good in the past and they refunded without question. If Maria's gets its hygiene under control it'll be good again.

I ordered cheese pizza cheddar poppers with ranch dressing on their menu. They are delivered. The delivery driver left them sitting on the steps. It's freezing outside. I told him I would meet him there. When I get my food upstairs the jalapeno poppers have marinara. The marinara has busted open and made all the jalapeno poppers soggy. I called to ask if I could get new jalapeno poppers with ranch dressing and they said no. I could have french fries. They said the menu changed and they're served with marinara now and it's not their fault. Next time I can get french fries. They did not understand that the marinara that I did not want went all over the jalapeno poppers and made them soggy. Lousy customer service. The pizza was undercooked raw dough. The poppers were undercooked. Everything was rushed and cold.

This place used to be good. I think they are new owners and went cheap on everything after buying it. They used to do $9.99 Large pizzas on Monday/Tuesday but now they do it everyday.. for a good reason. $9.99 is way too expensive! They should be paying me to eat their pizza! Barely any sauce or cheese, terribly soft dough. What’s with the large hole in the pizza? Really strange.

The chicken caeser wrap was ok! They state it has romaine but in reality it’s iceberg lettuce & it has gigantic brown croutons which they don’t state it contains & it kind of ruins the wrap. It tastes more like a seasoned chicken wrap & not a classic caeser wrap but still ok on flavor.

I don't know what the deal is with Maria's. We've ordered from there many times over the years and the portions and food were always good. Today we spent $22 on a comically small calzone. Not enough for two people to split as a decent meal. In the past a calzone from there has been two meals for two people. Super disappointed and frustrated.
Ordered $90 worth of pizzas for family who flew into town around 8:30pm on Friday, through Uber eats. Uber notified us that it was an employee that would deliver the food but couldn’t provide tracking information. After about an hour and a half of no update, we tried to call the store FOUR TIMES while they were open but no one picked up. Our delivery was marked as “complete” but no food was dropped off (we waited for the ring notification but nothing came, so no one took the food). We tried to get in contact with Uber to get our $90 back and said no food came but no one could help. So we were down $90 with no food after trying to feed our family. Won’t be coming back here!

Most disgusting salad ever I use to order food here all the time over a decade ago thier Greek salad and dressing was amazing today I got a Greek salad with chicken fingers and asked for extra Feta I got less than half of the Feta they use to give it was rubbery cubes with no taste the dressing was bland and generic and the chicken was 2 small tenders burnt and hard I was so disappointed
