Okay, much improved drunken noodles this time. Maybe they forgot the sauce last time, but this time much richer and fuller flavor.

I ordered the tofu spring rolls to go, which were filled with 80% iceberg lettuce and maybe 1 small piece of tofu per roll. And barely any herbs! I've had better spring rolls from a vending machine.

Flavorful Pho Experience at Noodle MarketI recently dined at Noodle Market and opted for their Pho Dac Biet, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The dish arrived piping hot, boasting a fragrant broth infused with spices and herbs that danced on my palate with each spoonful. The tender slices of beef, accompanied by chewy rice noodles and an array of fresh garnishes, elevated the experience to new heights. What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly, and throughout my meal, the attentive servers ensured that I had everything I needed. Their friendliness and professionalism enhanced my dining experience, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.Overall, Noodle Market offers not only delectable dishes but also a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service. Whether you’re a pho enthusiast or simply seeking a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend giving Noodle Market a try.

Tasty food with lots of veggies and meat-free options. Fast service. Saw a good number of kids there: casual and cozy. Loved the fresh rolls!

Amazing food, service was quick and courteous. I had the papaya salad and crispy chicken pad Thai, and both were outstanding.

The atmosphere is clean and contemporary. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. I've been there twice and will definitely return. My first trip was late night apps after singing karaoke elsewhere. The crab Rangoon and chicken satay were delicious. My second trip was lunch. I ordered Pho Tom, a noodle soup with shrimp. Fresh bean sprouts, basil leaf and lime wedge were on the side to add as you chose. The broth was delicious and the medium sized shrimp were plentiful. Check out to their menu, you'll find something you like. The glass of Pinot Grigio I enjoyed was crisp and tasty. It would never be described as sour or sweet. I'm going back and you should too.

Had an event in the area, so this was the perfect spot to grab a bite. I had the Tom yum soup and needed a doggy bag to finish the rest later! Excellent service, highly recommendVegetarian options: They easily substituted meat for tofu

Service was fast. Noodles were very mediocre. Ordered drunken noodles w beef. Bunch were stuck boiled white noodles that didn't have any sauce or taste on them.

Main pro of this place is location: right in the middle of Arlington, for times when you're just not up for a drive down usually-clogged I-93 to Chinatown (where parking is scarce) or Dorchester (more parking just twice as far) for more authentic Asian food. It doesn't compare with those two relative meccas (at least for New England) of more decent (not exactly Westminster, CA or Houston, TX level) Asian food, but is at least a decent alternative to sad sack fast-food Chinese places or overpriced yuppy-trap "Asian" places that abound out here in the 'burbs of Boston. Pros: very pleasant/cozy ambiance, and fast, friendly and attentive servers. More authentic Asian places often lack that, esp. the second. Portion sizes are decent not tiny yuppy-boutique type places where you're paying for pretty presentation rather than a filling meal. Prices are higher than in Chinatown and Dorchester, but not exorbitant for the area. Cons: the food is a bit on the sweet/bland side, probably to cater to the predominantly WASPish local clientele as opposed to a predominantly Asian one. We found this to be most noticeable in the broth for the pho and Tom Yum noodle soups, which were competent though lacking in flavor complexity. Upside is that they clearly do not abuse MSG here, if at all.

I had an experience at this restaurant that I'd like to share. While the food was excellent overall, I was disappointed that the Cashew Chicken dish lacked any cashews. As a customer, I didn't expect to inspect my dish for missing ingredients. I mentioned this to our server, and it was a bit disheartening when I was told I should have pointed it out when the dish was served.I'd like to suggest that when a dish is served with one of its main ingredients missing, an apology and a discount on the bill would have been a more appropriate response. It's important to consider that as a customer, my focus isn't always on scrutinizing the food, especially when I have my infant with me.Arlington offers a variety of dining options, and we can easily choose alternatives where we don't have to worry about such issues. With a more customer-centric approach and a touch of empathy, I believe this place could achieve a higher rating. The food quality is indeed praiseworthy. No photos as we ate every grain of rice!

I couldn't believe how delicious, flavorful, not to mention artfully crafted Thai Iced Tea which unfortunately has become a rarity this day in age. 110% recommended, you WILL NOT be disappointed. First time visiting, we ordered the Crispy chicken pad Thai and the Curry Noodle. Pay attention the little pepper ?️ icon because it was very spicy, the curry coconut sauce was the die for. Yes, it was that good. The pad Thai was one of the best dishes I have ever had and we really love ordering Pad Thai to try it out. Wanted to order some Pho but the Noodle Dishes sounded really good, and we were very impressed ?!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant! Everyone here is so nice, and their pho dac biet is my top comfort food. I would probably live here if I could, it's that good.I've gotten their take out and delivery too, but I love dining in because of how great everyone is.It's a travesty that I haven't written a review before, I don't know how this happened!
