No care or effort into making pizzza. Loaded with grease floppy an cold. This is the 2nd time this week. Happened once gave them another shot because everyone has a bad day but cmon this is absurd.

They have some really fun flavors. The pineapple, bacon and spicy honey is great. They are pretty fast even during busy hours.

I've ordered from Otto maybe 3ish times now and I am always BEYOND satisfied. I've been obsessed with everything pizza I've ever ordered, which have been the mashed potato bacon and scallion, spicy pulled pork, and the sriracha chicken avocado. The house made ranch is TOOOO good also. I'm on a teacher's salary and even I promise you it's worth the price. Can't wait to try more in the future!!!
Have had multiple issues with delivery including wrong items being delivered, pizza toppings being spread all over the box, and notifications saying that my order had been dropped off when it had not and never was. I would recommend only doing takeout from this spot if you enjoy their pizza.

I have ordered from this location many times. The pizza is excellent. But for some ridiculous, every time I order a cookie with my order they never deliver it.
Pizzas were delicious - if I'm going to eat pizza this is the place to get it! So many options and toppings. The best is that you can do half a pizza without cheese for those that have dairy issues. Everyone is happy!!!!

I cannot give it less so I will go with the one star. I ordered a small cheese pizza from Otto in Andover through Grub Hub The pizza was ice cold. It was not delivered in the pizza special package that keeps it warm.I paid over $25 including tip, tax, etc. I could not even eat it.... I called the restaurant to let them know. They said that they cannot do anything because it was through Grubhub. Really???? so doesn't the driver get the pizza from the restaurant???? I then called GrubHub and they offered me a $5 credit to my account..... This is insulting and unacceptable. I could not order directly from the restaurant, so I had not choice. A $25 small pizza should not be a disappointment. Both Otto in Andover and GrubHub should be ashamed of themselves. I will cancel my GrubHub account.

When I'm in the mood for pizza Otto never disappoints. I've been to several of their locations but most recently their East Arlington one and their Neapolitan style hits the spot without making me feel overstuffed or under satisfied. I also tried their Tiramisu and was pleasantly surprised with it, considering it came in a small plastic container and looked a little questionable. (The powdered cocoa made things a little messy). But taste wise was a solid 8.6/10
