Ordered food via Slice App but when my son went to pick it up they said they were closed. After confirming with Slice it was there my son went back and they said we had to tell them it was a pick up order. WTH? Total waste of money.

Don't even bother! We've ordered for delivery several times and unfortunately, both times this place messed up the order. When I called to report the error - the 'manager' refused to listen and disconnected the call. I called back and he never picked up. Ok, mistakes happen, and people can have an off day. Placed another delivery order online and again they delivered the wrong items. When I called to report the wrong item - the same so-called, 'manager' informed me that I had to come down and return the wrong item that they delivered! When I arrived, he was argumentative and rude. When asked why I had to return the items myself for a delivery order, he said he was busy. There wasn't anyone in the place. I received the right item and left - No apology nothing - DING DING DING... when there isn't anyone in the establishment at lunch time - walk out! So, here I am writing to warn anyone that reads reviews to stay-away from this place at all costs. Food, service and aggravation of receiving the wrong food not once but twice - isn't worth it.

What a great place in a small New England town that could've been in a Halmark movie. Schwarmas were not on the menu, but the gentleman behind the counter made one anyway! Great sandwich and great service! Highly recommend!
