I ordered a 6 piece chicken tenders, waited 5 minutes for my food to come out, fries are dry as hell, Chicken tenders, which had clearly just been made, completely overfried. I asked for ketchup, got no ketchup. Cashier was rude/short with me for no reason, that one always is. 815pm on Monday night.

Been a fan for years and still am in every other town. Female owner is completely rude and her staff follow suit seeing she is their example. Male owner is great always friendly and seems to have a better handle on staff when he overseas them.

It was "ok" going down. It was terrible coming back up for both of us when we got home. So I need to drag this out for 85 more characters, I guess. So I would recommend going to Raising Canes, hands down. For short order fried chicken fingers, it can't be beat. And I've never puked when I got home from eating there.

I stopped in here for their $8 meal: 3 chicken strips with sauce, french fries, medium soda, and a small sundae. I recently had dental surgery and was surprised I could eat the chicken strips. I did peel a lot of the breaded covering off. The sundae was the best part of the meal!

There was a member special through the app. It was my first time using the app. The person taking the orders refused to help. The manager was finally asked by the ticked off cashier to help. If the place was busy, I could understand. It wasn't busy. The food was good, tasty, the service person taking the orders, should have been prepared for questions.

I had an order of 3 blizzards and all 3 were incorrect. I ended up having to go back not once but twice to get the correct ones. When I called them the person who answered did not address themself. This shouldn’t discourage others from going here as I’ve had good experiences in the past. However their staff needs more training and a less stressful work environment. They should be reading the orders off as they hand them out.
