I have never been to a slower Chipotle than the Attleboro location, no matter the time of day. You order online only to have to wait an additional 30 minutes past your pick up time. And then when you get that meal home, there’s a sprinkle of protein and half of your toppings are missing. The employees seem very confused about what they’re supposed to be doing and talk about things that aren’t appropriate for an open kitchen where customers can hear. Literally go anywhere else if you’re craving Chipotle, because this place will ruin your day.

Today is the last time I order from this location. This store really doesn't pay attention to orders or customers. They have continuously messed up my orders. I figured maybe the first few times it was for a good reason. But tonight is the last time. I've lost money buying from here. Missing food or wrong food every time! And they don't answer the phone. They did the same thing to my daughter and told her to call corporate for a refund!

Service was great, food towards the end of the night runs out, but that’s my fault for going in 2 hours till close. Atmosphere was ok, not great but definitely not horrible. Overall I’ll be back it’s an average chipotle chain restaurant.Parking: Parking is packed during prime hours. It’s free parking and pretty open during non peak hours.

Disgusting store. Not clean whatsoever. At 5 pm on a Friday, there was nothing left. Veggies? None. Lettuce? None. Rice? None. They charged me for the salad dressing even though i bought a salad. Portion sizes are laughably small for what you pay. No napkins or utensils. Will definitely not be returning.

Today dec7 at 3:10pm . I am always getting my launch from chipotle mostly from this location and the servant first gave me an attitude while filling the othrt half of my bowel , I didn’t pay attention to it and then when i asked for 3 sides that alway always comes for free with l, she is not the one who filled it even , the man filled itt for me and gave to me and said have a grate day as always then in bewtwen the line this African American lady with long hair and glasses told me with a raised voice excuse me , it 5.49$, i said I always get it for free, she said you have to pay for it. Leaving me embarrassed in front of the line. You to teach your employees on how they treat customers on human level, they need to know what customers service means, she insisted to embarrass me in front of people even the one who filled to me let me go because they know that it’s always free with the bowel . But she charges based on her attitude or mode. Horrible behavior by this one . Take an action, i love this location except the one who doesn’t know how to treat people

Honestly one of the messiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Food scraps left on every table, all over the floor. Out of forks, so they’re handing customers spoons.Very gross - would not recommend.

Quality control is terrible, rice was under cooked and chicken and steak was not the best if had at a chipotle. But I did get a exchange for a different product so I guess It was alright wouldn’t come back though

I literally watched the kid give me HALF a scoop of guacamole. I didn’t even want to pay for it bc it was the saddest bowl i’ve ever gotten. i decided instead i’d never go to chipotle
