Ordered through the app and accidentally hit carryout, I called and asked if it could be changed to delivery, 30 minutes go by so I call back and ask about why the delivery is taking so long. The guy on the phone doesn't even ask for my delivery number and just says the delivery guy is on his way and to be patient and hangs up. I wait another 30 minutes, call back and tell him I've been waiting for an hour now and wondering about my delivery, again no inquiry about my delivery details just "its on the way" then hangs up. A driver sees me standing out side and gets me confused for someone he was supposed to deliver to 4 houses down and says he doesn't even have my order. I ordered my food at 10:10 pm at 11:55pm I call asking about it and the guy on the phone even tho it's been him the entire time insists he wasn't the one who did the change to delivery and that there isn't any record of it and just decides to cancel the order and refund me. Someone needs to be fired

Really passive aggressive and quiet guy running the register. He didnt even see me for awhile since he had airpods in both ears. He was the dame way with the few people who came in after me. Also he handled my cash and then went back to handling raw dough without washing his hands or anything. I wont come back to this dominos again.

Order pizza on the online dominos app the pizza guy left my food outside never even knocked on the door . when I called the store I was out on hold for about 5 minutes. Then a kid answered the phone I explained the situation that I had food left outside in the cold that none even maid a effort to knock on the door they just left the food on the porch they told me the app was broken. Then he further explained that he is very busy pretty did not have time for the customer to explain this is not the first Time this has happened where there has been a problem at this location

This place messed up 2/4 pizzas! I ordered 3 hours in advance and they gave me a cheese instead of a buffalo chicken and a cheese instead of a pepperoni and bacon. I called and they left me on hold for 30 min plus drive time so I ended up hanging up because I was able to drive there while still on hold and watch all the employees ignore my phone call. When they finally helped me at the counter he had the nerve to throw me attitude and try and justify them ignoring my phone call instead of just simply apologizing. I wish I could give them 0 stars I just moved to town and will never order from them again.

Staff is so rude, when I called.to let.them know they had completely burnt my order to beyond recognition, someone gave me.an attitude.then hung up on me when I asked for the owners name and numberPretty sure it was.the rude guy that served me. Should have.known by his snarky attitude to abandon ship then and there. Some.dude with dreads.. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE IT IS. there's so many better options around, hell stop and shops pizza would have been infinitely better
