My coffee is always on point. Every time I go no matter the hour of the day the employees always know what I'm getting. It makes me feel acknowledged. Thank you all for always remembering my Small 1/2 coffee 1/2 chocolate with two heated bagel twist. Too bad Dunkachino don't exist anymore. Gracias

For the area I don't usually trust food around there but their coffee is decent compared to other Dunkin donuts I've been too. Usually the stuff is pretty respectful but recently they hired this new employee that seems to be very rude. When I go through drive-thru there's a side comments that are unnecessary.

I ordered here today and was missing an item, so I asked the girl on food for help, and she resolved the problem and gave me my missing item. Then the manager came and gaslit me that I never had a problem and that the bagel was in my bag the whole time, but it wasn’t. I tried to tell her that the lovely lady on food helped me, and then she took everything out of my bag to count everything to say I had everything I needed. I told her I knew and that my issue was resolved. She acted like I was stealing food and trying to take more, and made me feel extremely confused. While ordering, too, the manager was micromanaging a new hire, and she looked extremely frazzled. The manager is atrocious and treats her employees poorly, gaslights customers, and argues with any heartbeat in the room. She’s not a good leader, and it’s evident by the looks on her employees' faces and how uncomfortable every customer was in the dining area.

I’m sharing on behalf of my moms experience. She wanted to give 5 stars for the friendly service and cleanliness! Her and my nephew went in there and said it was the nicest Dunkin’ Donuts they’ve ever been in! Keep up the good work!

I was just handed my refresher and told it’s probably gonna be nasty (which it was fine but this staff is lacking professionalism) then told it’ll be alittle bit of a wait for my food I said ok only to get to the window and find out they didn’t make my food and aren’t currently serving food because they’re short staffed…. There was clearly more then one person working everyone in line would prefer alittle wait then not getting there food
My coffee is always delicious and friendly workers and the store looks great inside the manager is awesome

Such a nice dunkin inside! It used to be very cozy with a fireplace and cozy seats but they changed it either way still very nice inside!

Working in the area 4 days in a row coffee is terrible. Nothing worse then a watery tasting coffee. Would not recommend going here

Every time I visit Attleboro massachusetts, I have to get my coffee at this location. They haven't change, fast and great customer service. The coffee is always good!
