Parking: Large clean private parking lot.Kid-friendliness: A good-sized separate menu for kids instead of the limited selection at quite a few restaurants. We all have some picky eaters, but the food items are presented as beloved cartoon characters, not just the names of food on the menu but also in the presentation of items. I.E. they might have Paw Patrol Pancakes that are blue from blueberries in and/or on them. Please NOTE that it isn't an actual dish because I don't remember. I was eating alone and only glanced at the kids' menu with grandkids in mind for next time. Also, I can't speak for all shifts of their chefs, but my food was way better than most of the times I've eaten at an Ihop!Wheelchair accessibility: Honestly, I wasn't looking for that, but even if there wasn't a ramp, the front door was one easy step on the curb, even for a wheelchair.

The employees here are always so rude, the only good one was Claire and she left, the food and service have gone down hill for years but recently it’s been awful. To the point where when they didn’t know I was still on the phone after placing my order I heard her said “Whatever” the second she put the phone down. Which took 4 calls to get them to answer in the first place but there’s literally zero cars besides mine in the parking lot so why the attitude while there’s no one there anyways, I’ll never know. 1000/100 do NOT recommend.

The food is not the same as before. I wasn't very happy with the new menus. They even charge for coffee now and at the most expensive prices.

We've been to this location several times and have always had a less than stellar experience but today we were served by Azzie and HE WAS AWESOME. I'm so impressed with how courteous and attentive he was. Not only was his personality incredibly welcoming and warm, he ensured that all of our food was cooked perfectly and our coffee was fresh. I'm blown away by him!! Thank you Azzie!

Definitely agree with all other negative reviews. A very very cold service. No enthusiam for customers, no smile/greet at door, & they will give you a very disgusted look. I didn't get coffee until after requesting refill for 3 times.. phew. Silverware and playes have visble dirty water marks & doesn't even care to give extra paper towels. Juat avoid this place altogether, we are not going back here.

I don't think I have ever left a negative review in my life, but this place deserves less one star, less than zero stars! First, the service was incredibly slow. It took forever for waitress to take out order, then an eternity just to get our coffee. Okay, I can deal with the wait. But, I ordered wheat toast with no butter. When we finally got our food, my toast had an enormous scoop of butter on top. Okay, I can also deal with people make mistakes, so I immediately inform the waitress that I'd requested no butter. She apologized and took it back. Then another staff returns with my toast "no butter"..... When I turn it over, there's an obvious oily spot on the toast where there had been butter but it had been removed!!! After another eternity, the waitress comes by, I tell her the problem, she apologizes, asks if I want new toast. NO, my companion is finished eating and I just need to leave, so I tell her just take it back. When I get the bill, the toast has not been removed from the bill. You have got to be kidding me at this point. I really can't wait any longer because I have to go to work. I take a picture of the bill and email it along with a picture of the toast with the cleverly hidden butter spot and email it to IHOP. I did get a credit from them for the toast only.... But no apology, no acknowledgement, no return email, nothing except $3 and change credit to my visa. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never ever return to this or any other IHOP after the poor service I received not only from the restaurant but from the office as well.

I liked it and so did my elderly mom. The place is spaced out nice inside, the booths are big and comfortable and it was clean. The waitress was very attentive and kind when my mom said she didn't care for what she ordered. The waitress promptly replaced it with something else at no charge. The menus are big and easy to read. There is plenty of parking for easy in and easy out. Most importantly the food was very good. I would go back and recommend to friends.Parking: Big lot easy to navigateKid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment. Kid menu options.Wheelchair accessibility: It's spacious inside so I would say so

Always great for Blueberry Pancakes!!Their service was awesome...and our meal was hot when served....my only regret, as a Southerner, is that Grits weren't available.... nonetheless... my wife & I had a most pleasant breakfast!! Kudos again!! IHOP is definitely a restaurant to keep on your breakfast-place radar!!! Q

I've been to IHOPs that were truly impressive and a couple that were abysmal. This one in S. Attleboro was okay. Our server was very nice and served our coffee right away. When she asked if we were ready to order we said we needed a couple of minutes. She came back about 20 minutes later. I'm thinking her section was filling up. Once we ordered the food came out reasonably quickly, was hot and tasty. So, all in all, acceptable.Parking: No problem. Easy in and out.Kid-friendliness: Pancakes. They love to sell 'em...kids love to eat 'em. Sooo...Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access. No steps. No curbs.
