Went here for dinner, food was delicious. However, there was a discrepancy with the bill. I ordered the appetizer combo Crab Ragoon, wings and spare ribs. Upon notifying our server she had the manager come over because she didn't hear me when I said we were having the appetizer combo. Manager came over and said that in order for us to get charged the combo price, we had to GIVE BACK the food we already had boxed and packaged. Wasn't sure what they were going to do with it as we had eaten it and it was their error. When I asked her to bring the menu she refused. As she was claiming that's not part of the menu. Not sure I will go back. My sone ordered a jack and coke...they didn't have coke so they have him jack and Pepsi.. wasn't the best experience

One of my child hood staples growing up it's a must when your in southern New England old school spot come check it out drinks are strong poo poo platters are fun and taste very good and a pork fried rice and your good to go!! Great place to meet friends and watch the games no bs here

This is the best Chinese food within an hour of my home.Sharon is my favorite waitress. Although they are one of the more pricy, their PuPu Plater and scorpion bowls are the best I've had in my 49 years!Parking: Plentiful.Wheelchair accessibility: No Steps.
Mon kou always been the best. Great waitresses. Best scorpion bowls in the state. Nice environment. Wish they were open late again like the old days. Food is big portions and filling.

Picked up an order of wings on bone and an order of ribs on bone. This was throw out food. Looked like both the wings and ribs were gathered from leftovers of someone else's meal and dropped in stale oil just to heat up. They were burnt, super dry and end scraps. I really wanted to go back and show them what they gave me, but it was already 9:45 and I knew I wouldn't make it before closing. I tried to call but the recording answered stating they were closed and it wasn't 10:00 yet. All around, this was the worst food, fit for discarding not serving to customer. Shame on you Mon Kou. I've been eating at your establishment for the past 40 years and your food has consistently gotten worse but now it's not fit for human consumption. Disgusting.

Great Chinese food, great portions, and exceptional prices for the amount of food, I ended up having 2 meals worth of food, I took home my left over and had another meal, plus a kept their container to!

The Mon Kou is an institution. Jen is the most delightful and efficient server, the best! The only thing that is annoying is the 2nd floor light in the newer building that keeps blinking like the poltergeist. I wish some one would fix it.
We got takeout for the first time. The crab rangoons were undercooked, not crispy, soft doughy outside. The pork lo mein, chicken fingers, and spring roll were good. I'll give it another try one day.

This place always used to be good but apparently they must have some new chefs who don’t know how to cook Chinese food. I ordered the orange beef and let me tell you there was absolutely nothing orange about it except for the garnish of oranges on the plate. It tasted like it was smothered in barbecue sauce. I could not eat it. The one positive thing that I can say about this place is that they give you very large portions. But I don’t think I will never go back again.
