My kid just went down for a job interview. This was an interview set up through Olive Garden's system that sent automated reminders and all. My kid shows up 15 minutes early and checks in. Someone goes and looks for a manager. The manager comes but does not come speak to my child. They speak to someone else just a few steps away and loudly says they don't have the hours for the position THAT MY KID IS THERE TO INTERVIEW FOR. They had to try to talk to the manager themselves since the manager wasn't speaking to them. My kid was told to fill out an application for another position. My child left absolutely humiliated.I can't imagine being any more unprofessional or absolutely disrespectful to a person or their time. This is hiring 101. This manager needs training.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food for them to bring out the wrong food for my child but not me. They left my food at the table to get cold while we waited another 20 minutes for my daughters food. My pasta was crunchy on top like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. Overflowing toilets, smelled like raw sewage and the waitress had no personality. Disgusted

The food was just ok. The service was awful. The waiter forgot to put in most of our order. I asked him several times when we would get our food and all he said was he would check on it. I had to get the manager and he was rude obnoxious and impolite. My grandsons kids meal took an hour and a half to be brought out. I have eaten here before and it was awesome. I will never eat here again.

My son and I we went last Sunday and the service was delayed ?, food was good like always ?. But the big issue is the bill, I ordered unlimited soup,salad, and bread sticks, they charge for the salad like is normal, but we have to ended up paying for two salad, when we asking why we have to pay for two if we only ordered one salad, the answer was is because we sharing the salad. I can't believe it. If we share food we have to pay double.I'm really regret it to leave $10 tips that day.
