Delicious food every time at this location. Matty B. Came out and introduced himself as the one that made our burgers and I have to say he did a great job! Cleaned our plates!
My boyfriend and I stopped for lunch and this food was amazing we got 2 double bacon smash burgers and a large fry, food was cooked to perfection! Burgers came out fast and hot! Cooked by MattyB. Our fry’s were even better golden brown and crispy. Definitely recommend coming here to eat, staff was friendly and ready to help and everything was super clean. We will definitely be coming back for more!!!

The food at Smashburger in Attleboro is good, but their customer service needs a lot of work, especially when it comes to their closing times. They say they close at 9:30 PM, it's on the door sign outside, their website, and app - but my experiences haven’t matched up. One time, I was told the dining room was closed and it wasn't even 9 PM yet (and they're supposed to close at 9:30 PM). There was no sign saying the dining area was closed, and they didn’t inform me when I ordered but after I ordered and sat to eat, which was an inconvenience. Another time, I came in at 9:15 PM, and noticed that there were many people dining in - at least three seperate tables - and so, I did too and no one said anything. But then, I came in another time after that at exactly 9 PM, and the same employee who told me I couldn't dine in the first time came all the way to my table well 'after' I sat to eat to tell me the dining area was closed. I was disappointed and felt it was rude especially since I had already started to eat and wouldn't take more than a few minutes. I explained to the employee that it's 9:00 and that I dined in at 9:15 the other night with many other people dining in too, and asked why it was okay to dine in late that last time but not now since it's earlier. They gave me a weird look and walked away without answering me nor giving me any sort of an explanation or apology for interrupting my meal. I find all this to be really off-putting. I totally understand if a fast food location needs 15 or so minutes to wrap up for the night, but not 30 or more minutes. I would also understand if they made it clear their dining area is closed ahead of ordering and were consistent about applying an early closure policy; otherwise, I feel it is a poor practice that translates to poor customer service.

Overall not worth going. Last time here was 2 years ago and we remeber liking it, we were in the area so figured it was worth a try.Food was overall below par and overpriced, I got the brisket burger which was flavorless and bland. Brisket had no taste which is a shame because brisket is a favorite of mine.Wife got the BBQ burger overcooked as well. We shared the wings which had an odd taste to them.To top it off they had ran out of trays (which were stacked at the trash can which means they didn't get around to cleaning them).Also, their dirty and sticky booths stained my wife's clothes in 3 places when we sat down.Staff was nice enough and the woman that was running the cash till and brought the food out did seem apologetic about the situation.Wouldn't recommend, truly don't understand what has happened to this place.

Went to smash burger got a gift card for Christmas so figured I’d try them first time there great food the works are very nice definitely would go back there

We stopped in to this Smashburger and the food was fine. The employee was very polite but there were bugs literally all over the wall of the restaurant. Not flies, but these little bugs that crawled on the walls by where we were eating. They were a lot heavier by the garbage. I have to admit it was pretty gross and that needs to be addressed and for that they get one star.

I wasn't going to put a bad review but after emailing them directly and getting no response I'm mad now. The place was dirty after only being open for 10 minutes. My crispy chicken sandwich was burnt and was told it was normal and won't remake it.Still waiting to hear back is been 2 weeks!!!!Still waiting..... never will do there again.
