I stopped coming here a while back because even though I placed a dine-in order I'd be given a to-go bag instead of a tray. Other customers would get trays but not me. It made me feel unwelcome; and this was happening every time I came here.So a couple weeks ago I decided to see if things had improved. And they had: I was given my food on a tray instead of being given a "get the h*ll out". I came again last week and got the same respectful treatment.However today it happened again. Food in a bag. It's not even busy. I'm currently the only person in the dining area other than an employee who's on his break.

Im only on here to say: South attleboro wendys, the girl with braids and braces was SO NICE!! No attitude and she was smiling and positive. My husband had a heart attack and getting/asking for no salt fries is a treat for us. This girl was super kind when taking our order, not scoffing or sounding demeaning or irritated when he ordered that. She said it would take only 2 minutes for the fries and she was right! She wasnt mean or nasty when coming out to deliver them, and she wished us happy holidays. She was so cheerful and pleasant. She deserves all the best. She literally made our Wendy’s experience very delightful.

Manager at this location on 10/28 am has no business being a manager. The most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. We received a bunch of coupons in the mail and were trying to experience the new breakfast menu. The coupons were confusing as some were just regular deals and some were actual coupons. Zero assistance from the manager and he was more than happy to not help in any way and let me know it was my fault when some deals were not taken advantage of instead of trying to help his customer. All done. Seems like they should be trying to help sell the new breakfast menu instead of making it a terrible experience. Stay away!!
