Right now this is our favorite place to go. The food is always good, service is always prompt and friendly. My 18 month old daughter enjoys going here, they are always super child friendly. And the kids menu is pretty good. She's tried almost everything on the kids menu. It can be really busy but we usually go on Thursdays and it's not bad. It's usually fairly quiet and the food comes fast. I haven't been to an Applebee's anywhere other than the Auburn massachusetts one since moving to MA. So I can't say the same for service and atmosphere everywhere but I imagine the food is probably decent everywhere.

I've worked down the street for 5 years now and never thought to order lunch from here. I finally order some food, hours in advance, and when I went to pick it up; they had nothing for me. Apparently someone called in to cancel an order and because mine was the only order placed at that time, they assumed it was me without asking any questions. Awesome job.

Ordered side salad, never asked me if I wanted my salad first. I also ordered chicken wings bone in, brought over boneless wings. The silverware was dirty brought over more almost ten minutes later. Needless to say I will not go back.

It took almost 15 minutes to get drink refills AFTER the waiter finally even came back to check on us. Food arrived undercooked. Wait staff seemed overwhelmed but nobody seemed to be providing support.
Awful, from the time we walked in until the time we left. Service was absolutely horrible, waitess was more worried about spending time with the male server than doing her job. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks let alone everything else. I will strongly recommend any other restaurant to anyone rather than letting someone suffer through that.

This place is homophobic....PERIOD. They tried to kick us out because they said we "had ordered too many drinks". I have been to MANY Applebee's locations and how much we drank has never been a problem. But soon as they found out there were 2 males at the table in a relationship we were totally judged and asked to leave because of their "drinking policy". It's 2024....get with the program...hate doesn't look good on you...
