They just need to LISTEN!!! Stop talking through you when you try to order so your order is correct. It's often not correct because they don't listen and they interrupt. When you ask for it to be corrected, total attitude. I am diabetic. Prefer not to be sick because they can't listen!
Forget going to Starbucks next door. This is a nice Dunkin, plenty of seating and a big counter with very helpful staff. Also they have no attitudes and don't ignore you like some Dunkin places might do. My iced coffee was perfect and just how i like it. If you walk over from the mall. Be careful. This road is like playing frogger to get across. I had the crossing signal for me to walk and this guy almost took me out. Glad I looked both ways. Went to visit this Dunkin location yesterday morning for coffee, following a sleep study in Auburn right down the street. Fast service. Open early. Fresh coffee. My only suggestion would be to be a bit more friendly & welcoming to customers. The gentleman who helped us seemed less than enthusiastic to be working there. I understand not everyone is a morning person, but he could've been a tad bit nicer. Otherwise no complaints!
