Ordered brewed hot tea. Please educate and remind the staff that a brewed tea with milk means you must put tea bag in, then add hot water then add milk. Not milk first then tea bags then water last. Otherwise, Starbucks is no different than the Dunkin Donuts across the street from you.

Starbucks Auburndale, MA #50017 @12:25p order a tall cold brew requested for whip cream, caramel drizzle and caramel ribbon crunch, the cashier looked at me with disgust and reply they could not do it. Once agree to do, waited for 15 mins.. my friends gotten there items but not I.. I was not welcomed … if I could zero star, had to repeatedly ask them to add the extra stuff I requested.. shame discriminated against me

There is a night shift manager I think her name is Haley. She is very kind and always seems to be working so hard. Each time I’m in there it has been overwhelmingly crowded but she handles it so smooth. Great addition to your store.

The parfait was okay. Both coffees we got were terrible and we couldn't even drink them but didn't want to ask to have them remade because we already waited a long time to get them in the first place and they weren't even busy.

It's my neighborhood Starbucks, so we'll always go. Staff work hard, as this location sometimes gets overwhelmed. The location is perfect, right on the corner of Rt 30, and use to be a local gas station with nice seating areas in the park nearby, or on the patio.I would love for this Starbucks to add an order board (TV screen) on the wall by pick up like other Starbucks locations. This would help with pick up, and take pressure off the staff.
A great neighborhood starbucks! This is definitely a busy spot! All the staffs have been working very hard of getting things organized and they did a great job! Although there had been a couple of times that the wait was 20 min to get my order, but that was situations where 50 cups were sitting on the table to be served. They are beyond 5 stars!!!

Ill revise if situation changes. Staff friendly. Coffee great. But wifi has been almost unusably slow the last three times. One time of which almost no one was sitting inside.
