This was my second time at this location, my wife insisted I give it a second chance. The first time we came here it was awful. Unfortunately, no surprise to me it was terrible the second time around. The food looks and tastes like it's made with the cheapest of ingredients. the wait staff was not very inviting, and the bar manager had the worst attitude. The drinks that she made had the smallest amount of alcohol in them, and she didn't say a word when she gave them to us. When my wife complained about how her meat was cooked, the waitress literally rolled her eyes at the table. The worst part of the whole experience is when I addressed the owner of the restaurant at the end of the meal. He was so dismissive of our complaints as if he didn't care at all. Even my wife, who is the sweetest person, said she would never go back. Save your money and go to a restaurant that's close by. Honestly, you'll get better service at McDonald's.

We were not impressed especially since the bartender refused to serve the some of the people who didn't have MA ID'S . Which was ridiculous because the first time we were there they had no problem serving everyone. Get the laws straight and stop being racist!
Got there to order hotdogs, they looked great from the Google pics, I was first told that they were only available if Celtics was playing...someone checked and Celtics was playing, then I was told that hotdogs were not available to go!...They had to be eaten there...this was idiocracy at its best...it seems that " rules" were being made on the spot! I think they just wanted to let me know that maybe I shouldn't have gone there.

Bens pourhouse is an okay place to go mainly for the crowd that the place attracts but it is not for the cheap for 3 tacos costed my friend 16$ when there original price was $9.99 they add on EXTRA COST ADJUSTMENT for no reason getting just one thing will cost u a good 30$.. The bartenders are slow and like to take there time to serve you and they are mainly on one side of the bar they denied me service outside when it is there job as a bartender/waitress. They have no waitress just the bartenders who serve you. On busy days the bar tenders will walk past YOU and serve the important customers aka regulars. And if you do not tip the bartenders will complain to there boss and most likely deny u service.
