We have been ordering here for years.This time when I called to order I was redirected to order online. It’s online ordering now I guess. When I didn’t want meat there was no option. It’s too bad that you can’t place your order with an actual human especially when you’re dropping over $100 in takeout.The steak was definitely not the same. It was gross, it tasted like something from canned Dinty Moore. I Specified no spice when I was made to choose one on the online ordering, and the rice dish was spicy. I Ordered our usual Thai Pad and the noodles were not pad Thai noodles. Not sure what’s going on. We are hoping it was a fluke and will give it one more chance.

I've eaten here twice. Nice sparkling clean dining room - very professional waitress. Food is of high quality ingredients and well prepared authentic dishes. Just fabulous !

Great Thai food. Personable service. Very nice atmosphere. I have eaten here often. I enjoy the Thai eggplant, Pad See Ew and the noodle soup as well as the dumplings and shrimp tempura. I highly recommend Bangkok Thai Cuisine in Hyannis.Vegetarian options: Tofu available with many dishes. Lots of vegetable options.
Cashew nut with chicken for almost $20 was legit a soup instead of a sauce, that’s is not acceptable. Really disappointed.

Delicious Thai food with great service in a very pleasant and clean restaurant - we really enjoyed our meal. We shared the chicken satay starter then shared two mains - chicken penang curry and chicken with cashew nuts, pepper, mushrooms etc. both were spot on. Note you can ask for your dishes to be mild. Definitely returning!

We love going here as a group for birthday parties The food is always great, service very attentive and prices are reasonable. Also glad that they have opened back up for lunches on Friday and Saturday. If you love Thai food this is a must to go to.

My first time with a friend. The food was OK but the service was not the best we were rushed from the start Louis kept asking if we are ready to order untill I said we weren't on a hurry then the service declined . We decided not to get dessert and we left after appetizers. We are not coming back. Don't you worry.

Just picked up the worst pad see ew in my life. The noodles were over cooked to a point where you could hardly recognize it as noodles. Just simply gross. The service was not good as their were visibly understaffed.
