It was our first time ever in Dunkin' and the lady was so nice helping us out. She even recommended some drinks. Made us ice coffee with caramel we took a dozen of donuts and she selected nice variations for us. Thank you for your time and kindness!

Every time I go here, my food is messed up and the workers treat me like garbage. I just went this morning and when I was ordering the woman was extremely rude and arrogant, I asked and got charged for extra bacon and didn’t even get bacon at all, my wake up wraps were disgusting and my drinks were made with so much syrup my boyfriend got sick. I’m never going here again and I hope this place gets shut down. Do not go here, go to the one in Mobil or Speedway and walk inside, honestly the drive through isn’t worth getting treated like trash and disgusting food.

Gave me expired almond milk in my coffee. I took one sip and it tasted absolutely disgusting. I looked at the coffee and there were chunks floating in it. Never going here

Princess and Gabby were very very sweet and helpful ! Dunkin Donuts needs to add credit card tip capability !!! They deserve the gratuity and people don’t carry cash like they used

if you want to get your morning coffee greeted by rude staff who will get your order wrong 50% of the time you came to the right place! I drive by this Dunkin' Donuts every day on my way to work, this is my morning coffee and the staff is constantly rude and constantly getting my order in correct. I am flummoxed at the fact these people still have a job with the amount of inconsistencies in their work. I am sure every coffee drinker out there knows how important it is to have their morning pick me up and have it correct. On top of that while receiving my coffee today the lady checking me out could not even be bothered to look at me or respond with a "you're welcome" after I said, thank you three times. There is nothing worse than starting your day off on a sour note. I would love nothing more than someone in management to train their staff on appropriate workplace behavior, and how to work the coffee machine.
Service was perfect. The person who took my order repeated the order back to us and made a correction in the order. This saved us the hassle of getting the order wrong, something that does happen more frequently than not. The store was very clean.

This is my first time writing a review but this needed one the lady working today 8/10/23 at the window at 12:25 was SO incredibly nice and lightened my day up more then I can explain her positive attitude and was genuinely kind we were talking about my new job that I start today and she gave me the best words and made me feel so much better.. truly restores my faith in humanity. she needs a raise!!
