My husband and I came in here expecting to get ice cream but was actually thrilled and caught by big surprise that they had açaí! We were even happier because their açaí seems like it's Brazilian based which is even 10x better because Brazilian açaí is literally the best. The place is quite hidden because you see the ice cream shop sign and have to walk down this little path and the shop is on the right side! It's so cute, they're open pretty late and they also sell chocolates! Would definitely recommend the açaí to satisfy the craving but haven't tried the ice cream yet so we will be back for that!

Cool menu, fresh ingredients, merch available in lobby. Acai bowl was great, will try the churro next. Acai shake with condensed milk is a rare menu item, quite thick, too sweet for my taste but might be up your alley if you have a serious sweet tooth. Overall I'd say acai bowl is the move, check out the photos tab for topping ideas, awesome pics speak for themselves.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.My wife and I love the açaí bowl and the combinations of condiments that you can add to the bowl but in recent months there's a bit of a problem, in the last couple of days as of 2022 and 2023 the customer service has been extremely horrible; the younger people who are employed in the establishment is unfit and extremely rude and it seems that they don't even want to be there. I get it, I know that working sometimes can become stressful but these employees need to understand that we are paying $40 and even $50 for our food and the only thing that we want back is niceness.Not to mention that every time we go over there the tables are extremely dirty, it got into a point that people are buying their product and they can't even enjoy the food in the establishment and they head to the car to eat. We love the products, every inch of food in the establishment is delicious its definitely worth it, but if you are looking to go with some friend and enjoy the food on the spot, be prepare for rudeness.

Had a selection of their dark chocolates.Not that great.The chocolate was not that good. It didn’t taste like they use high quality chocolate and the filling was…..rubbery.You are much better off driving to the Candy Manor in Chatham.
The products are good but the employees are overloaded last Thursday the girl who is the most helpful and friendly was alone in the front full store a long line and she trying to handle everything by herself . I felt really bad for her after a long time working alone another girl came but she didn't understand what a sherbet cooler is and the other girl quickly came to help. I felt really bad for the girl she is always very sweet and patient with my kids but you can see she always so overloaded of work . Today I went to the store again and only one girl understands English.

will NEVER come back again. staff is INCREDIBLY rude... the 3 other people I came with and I were just sitting at a table minding our own business waiting for our acai bowls that took 45 minutes to come which is completely ridiculous because the staff was busy messing around with their friends that came in to visit. they were screaming and being so immature and obnoxious and then when we left they celebrated even though we didn't cause any problems at all. S O UNPROFESSIONAL

delicious açaí bowls. i ordered a refreshing small cup topped with nutella, strawberries, banana and peanut crunchies. the only reason i hold back my five star rating is because of the dangerous outdoor seating situation. two benches. one working umbrella. we sat at a table with an umbrella that is nothing less than a fire hazard, tilting and shifting with the breeze. mini ants were annoying too...like grow up and be a real one.

They made my daughter's first experience here, unpleasant. They forgot to add fudge to my daughter's sundae, then glopped on a bunch of fudge on top, making it a mess. What I thought was chocolate, is really acai. I don't think I'll be going back there again anytime soon. But they did issue a refund.
