Ordered the seafood platter and a bowl of clam chowder. The platter came out before I was even done with the soup. The food was warm at best, the fries were undercooked and all the rest of the food was placed on top of them and they were soaked in oil.service was very good.the food not so much!

We had to wait for our waitress for almost 15 minutes and finally got to ordered our breakfast. We asked for two coffees and received two small pots. One pot the coffee was fine. The other pot was cold. Then our breakfast arrived, and my pancakes were nearly inedible. I ordered blueberry pancakes, but there wasn’t so much as a blueberry to be found. The bacon was good but that’s the only thing that I can say I enjoyed. I will not be back.

All the food came cold. Had to ask for jam after 10 minutes of never seeing our server. Use to be our go to for a great breakfast, but not anymore. I think $44.00 for to Farmers plates and 1 cup of coffee for cold food is a bit much.

Service is terrible and slow. The servers completely ignore tables. They couldn't remember 4 drink orders and two of them were waters. Sauces listed on menu are omitted and you have to ask for them -another 5 minute wait. The only thing keeping this place open is the unknowing tourists who stay at the adjacent hotel. The hotel gives you a voucher to drum up business in the restaurant. It took 50 minutes to get breakfast in an empty restaurant and just a long for dinner the night before.

Waited 45 minutes for a table. 10 minutes for drinks. 45 to a hour for our food. Then my food came back with hair in it ( mistakes happen but it turned my stomach) I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant.

I'm not saying the service was poor, but it was a bit slow due to staff shortage. My food was nice and hot. However, my wife's food was warm at best! The taste was good but it would have been better hot, according to my wife!

Hearth and Kettle Hyannis MA. Wonderful fried Scrod and Sirloin tips. I always get butternut squash and rice as my sides. Jon is always service with a smile and Molly and Rose are wonderful servers.

The server was quick and attentive, not intrusive which was good considering it was a family gathering, which this place is quite nice for. It was quiet and peaceful. The food was delicious and came to our table in a reasonable amount of time.

We stopped in at 7 pm on a Saturday evening, and it was DEAD! not a soul in there. We got so nervous thinking that ment the food wasn't going to be good, but boy, were we wrong. Portions were big, the food was good and the drinks were yummy! Eventually, a few more people came in while we were there, but it was nice how quiet it was there. Our server was great.Kid-friendliness: Color page kids menus are always a hit with my kids!

Screwed up everyone's order in my party. Pancakes, even with syrup were like dry wall. Then the guy at the cash register couldn't run a debit card to save his life. Slow service in a non busy restaurant. Waitress was pleasant when we saw her but we needed more butter, more creamers and never go them. We used to love Hearth and Kettle. They're declining rapidly.

Girls weekend 2023 was here once again! We had reservations for 16 people. We get there and they have a tour bus coming in so they trump us and now we can't sit at one table together. The server was an odd duck. When asked for bread they said they didn't have much because there was a banquet happening and how is this my problem. They should plan accordingly. We did get bread but only 1 roll each and I love me some rolls!! I must say the bread was the best part of the meal! For my entree I got steak tips and loaded mashed potatoes and they were not anything to rave about. They looked good but looks are deceiving my friends! My vestir got chicken parm and she the chicken was good but the past was a little watery. I hope we don't come back here next year! I'm over it!

The eggs Benedict was awful. Not a drop of lemon in the hollandaise. A good chef would know to put a little lemon in the hollandaise. The coffee was the worst I've ever had. And it was very expensive for crap food. My glass of V8 juice was $5. REALLY? The horrible coffee was $4. I'll never eat there again. A sorry lesson learned.

I've been here 2x once last year, then this morning. Both times sat there for 20 minutes before having to find someone to get an order. today, I had to get up a second time to order just to be fair it was 830 a.m., and only one other table was
