Make sure you have napkins in your car because when you park somewhere to eat your KFC lunch , you won’t find any in your bag! Also make sure you have a plastic fork in your car’s glove compartment because when you get the messy korean bbq chicken nuggets , you won’t get a fork to go with it. Apparently, the drive-through employees can’t figure this out yet ?

Please update the menu on Google Maps. I was excited about getting a $5 combo in 2024 but decided not to order because the app sucked.2 star because I didn't get far enough to step foot in the place. It seemed okay when I went a few years ago I guess.

Went and got the 8 piece crispy chicken family meal with 3 lg sides and when I got home and started taking the food out, there was gravy all over everything, all in the chicken bucket and all over the bag I tried calling but no answer and voicemail was full. I was upset because my daughter won’t have gravy on anything and it was all over and inside the chicken bucket. I feel they rush because their busy then take their phone off the hook to ignore this problem and for almost $50 this shouldn’t happen

On 12/7/23, my mom got kfc and brought it home, and I don't have kfc that often and I took one bite of the chicken and my lips felt like they where on fire and got swollen to the point I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital I know they use lots of spices in there chicken I wouldn't recommend eating there chicken if you can't handle lots of spices I didn't even get to have dinner when my mom . Dad and husband got to I'm never having kfc again

Bought a $20 fill up box mail the chicken breast was the size of a sparrow’s breast. I have the pictures to prove it the chicken nuggets with the size of dimes the time I went there two weeks before that it was a fantastic deal, but this time it was absolutely disgusting. If I could leave a review less than one star, I would.

When I came to the kfc I ordered chicken strips with some sides along with what the rest of what my family ordered when we got the food back they gave us the wrong things it’s also very hard to hear the employees. After we gave them the wrong food back they put it back on the counter where they were preparing food not sure if they threw it away

The KFC sticks are amazing. Like many other people, I enjoy the way it tastes and smells. They cook delectable food. They have excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I placed my order and it did not come out the way I wanted it to, no big deal.... So I politely asked the young man behind the counter to fix it and stated what was wrong with it. After several attempts by him asking me "how I knew it wasn't correct you didn't eat it" when you can clearly see I took a small bite out of it, THEN and him telling someone in the back where I could still hear him say "yooo he's a liar" in a typical teenage puke manor I don't appreciate being disrespected and bad mouthed when all i asked for is how I specifically wanted something. I would fire this kid if he spoke to my customers this way. I assure you i will NEVER spend my money here again.
